Service sucked. It took over 45 minutes just to get the food. When we got the food the lobster and shrimp were over cooked and the steak wasn’t cooked how we ordered it. I saw one guy that came in before us he had to get up and get his own forks because he was brought a salad but had no way of eating it. Dr. Pepper was flat and watered down. When we told the waitress about the steak she did offer to make another one but we had already waited 45 minutes for the first 2 steaks and didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes for them to be made right. Paid over $85 for a meal we barely touched. I wouldn’t waste my money eating at this place. Definitely won’t be going back here.
Fish and chips, clam chowder
I choose Red Lobster for my birthday every year. Endless shrimp is always a great choice! The cheesy biscuits are my favorite. However, I would discourage anyone/everyone from ordering the crab legs. I have had weight loss surgery so I cannot eat much at a time. If I can’t get full, there is a problem. The crab legs would not have filled up a toddler! Highly disappointed with that because that’s what I wanted for my birthday! Our bill was 79$, and don’t mind that, if the crab legs would have been plentiful, but they weren’t! We did have an awesome waitress who took good care of us.
I don't remember a day when there was not a RL in my life. As an avid self proclaimed foodie, this chain restaurant has been a great place to be for celebrating special events or for their Lobster fest event. I think I have had everything on the menu thus far! We travel to the restaurant as a family and often share each meal we order with each other. Hey, don't forget about the fabulous biscuits, they are out of this world! The seafood is always fresh even in the restaurants that are not near the coasts. I try to sit by the front door so that I can hear the excitement when kids walk in and see the live lobster tank, fills my heart with joy.
The food was great. We went on a Monday evening and our server was Juan. He was amazing and made sure we were always set. Since it was a slower night our food came out super quick and nice and fresh. Thanks for the great experience!
Very nice nice environment
First let me say the service was great! Eric did his job.. The food on the other hand has drastically gone down hill.. They cheddar bay biscuits were gross. I ordered crab legs, they tasted very bland and there was hardly any meat in the legs. I guess the crabs stopped their leg days. Lol. My husband had fried fish and shrimp and he said it was lacking in the seasoning as well. Needless to say we probably won't be back. It's sad because Red Lobster use to be the togo for seafood........
