Needs to be condemned and shut down. The drive they window worker was outside smoking leaving someone waiting at the window for 10 minutes then when he was satisfied, he returned back to the window and handed them their food. I won’t be returning to this nasty location because he returned to the window too fast to have even washed his hands.
The customer service was horrible, the staff had very bad attitude. You ask a question they get mad, rolling their eyes like they want to fight the customers. My order was wrong when I spoke with the cashier she told me I was wrong after everyone behind me heard my order. I went to wash my hand and the bathroom had an odor that kill any and everything, it was terrible the smell they need to close and give that place a complete makeover and change the staff.. I'm planning on calling corporate it was horrible.
Less than 5 minutes ago ordered flounder sandwiches. To receive over cooked food and fries. When you call to let them know manger get snappy and hangs up on you
Took 10 minutes to get to the speaker. Cashier asked me to hold on and waited for 5 minutes for them to take my order, just for them to tell me their tenders were still frozen, then they said their nuggts were still frozen. It was 3:30 in the afternoon. Don't go here. Ever.
This particular location should be closed down! The outside of the building looks condemned. Have to be mindful of all the pot holes getting into the line and leaving the building.My food was fresh, but the customer service is terrible, actually it’s non existent. I love Popeyes, but I will never visit this location again, I will drive on post or wait in the long line at the Skibo location. I tried not to judge the place based on the way the outside looks, but the workers here are just rude.
I had an order to pick up at this location. While I was there I witnessed an employee become irate with a confused customer and begin speaking I’ll about her behind her back. The customer was trying her best to understand English and the employee was absolutely out of line. Disgusting way to treat your patrons!
Customer service sucks , rude people through the drive through couldn’t even finish placing my order with the lady being mad about me even ordering. Don’t go to this one unless you wanna be screamed at in the drive thrrew
Literally the worst Popeyes in town. Ghetto workers. Rude don't let u finish ur order. Rushing u to place ur order. I've never been to a restaurant that is so unprofessional. They need new workers. I know it's bragg but DO BETTER.
The service provider on the drive through speaker was rude, and unprofessional at best. I recommended that she check her attitude to which she yelled she didn't have an attitude. We the don't have a customer wither. Will never go back to the Bragg Blvd location. And will recommend other not to purchase thre as well.
I did an online pick up order only to find that this particular location was drive thru only. For me that totally defeated the purpose because I still had to wait in a very long line and as I expected, my food was very cold by the time I received it. In addition to that, I didn't get my sauce I had to pay extra for. Pretty upset about the overall experience as I was looking forward to having hot and fresh chicken. Instead I got cold chicken and below average service.
