Wow, look at all the bad reviews. There HAS to be a reason.....BAD MANAGEMENT. This is not hard to understand. I go to Chickfila a lot (twice a week), they ALWAYS have two lines and they go faster than McDonald's ONE line let alone TWO lines. McDonald's and Popeyes has always been slow. Why you people go to Popeyes is beyond me, it's bad:(quickness and the chicken), it's greasy...GREASY. It's nothing like Chick-fil-A or KFC so why do you go there?!?! Are your taste buds not working?!?!
Went there to get a 12 pc family meal. I live on the other side of town mind you got my food went home to discover half the chicken was legs! Called the store told the manager what had happened she told me to bring the chicken back to exchange it. So I had to drive back across town to exchange it with no additional compensation for my time or money. Customer service isn't what it used to be
I do not recommend this place at all. It is an insult to the customer who pays his money. On 04/14/22 I bought a family order and when it arrives at my house. they only put wings that looked like pigeon wings because they were definitely not chicken and the fries were big and they put it small
We had a big order and when we got home we realized we were missing 12 pics of chicken and rice. We called and were upset that we had to go all the way back with our whole order and receipt. But when we got there Ms. Stephanie took such good care of us and made sure we got a little extra for our travels. I wasn’t happy with the service at first but Ms. Stephanie made it all worth it.
Went to try the flounder sandwich. Already not serving it. I was disappointed about that. The cashier was very friendly and understanding. I did order the chicken sandwich, still as awesome as day one. Will continue going to Popeyes. Hopefully they will bring back the flounder sandwich again.
I got to Fayetteville May of 2021 and this was the worst food I’ve had since I’ve got here plus they messed up my wife’s order and when you are putting you order inside they don’t speak up so you can’t hear more than half the words said. I got a classic chicken sandwich and I couldn’t eat more than 2 bites of it because the buns were burnt and tasted like it’s been sitting for hours. The chicken and pickles were mushy and were super super soggy. I just couldn’t eat it. The tables inside weren’t clean either. Went to sit at a table and had to move because there was a soda spill that was sticky and wasn’t wiped down or cleaned up. My advice is to drive a little further to a different Popeyes than to go to the one on Skiibo Road
So it's my first time coming here. After hearing my friends and coworkers talk about how good their chicken is I decided to go for myself and try it. Well, don't bother....I was quite disappointed. I ordered their 12pcs. Nugget Platter. The platter comes with 2 sides, biscuit and drink. Wow! It was crispy...okay....WHOOP-TI-DO!!! The sides of the Mac and Cheese was bland and the fries...could have been better. It was battered..but it just didn't taste fresh...liked it's been sitting in the warmer for a while. I was charged an extra $0.50 for the Homestyle Mac and Cheese...for a tiny..YES, tiny regular size container. For $9.99 platter I was expecting their regular sides to be like medium sizes. Why is it called a platter then? Possibly for having 2 sides?! My friend ordered a similar platter box, but she had mashed potatoes and gravy and fries. The gravy was too thick and looked liked glue, she said it didn't taste good and mashed potatoes were dry. Hmmm? Oh and we ordered a Cinnamon Apple Pie. We never got it...although Shaquita told us it was in the box, we searched in both our boxes and bags...NOPE, NO APPLE PIE! For $23.62...I think could've gone to Chick-Fil-A up the road. The only good thing I enjoyed...was all the hype. Two stars for Shaquita for being nice.
I hate to go 2 stars, but when you are out shopping with a toddler. You have visited a few stores, hit up the drive thru for a family meal. The past thing you want is a missing item. My fault for not checking the bag. This is the second time no fries.
I just visited this location and I don't even know how to act right now! This food is hot, fresh, and my entire order was correct! I had to wait 45 minutes but let me tell you it is WORTH IT! Y'ALL ARE DOING FANTASTIC!!!! I am filling my face with this delicious food as I type and it is so good! Ten stars for the skibo road location!
Make sure you check your order before you leave. They forgot my apple pies. Then they take forever. I do not recommend pick up either. You have to go in to say your there, then you have to wait for the. To prepare it. You might as well just go and order it in person.
