My boyfriend ordered a big dinner box and more stuff for delivery @7:21pm he got the confirmation email 8:30 he checks the app says order confirmed the money is taken out the account. I called the store they answer but then hang up. So I tell him to check the app again it says out for delivery. 9:15 comes still no food has been delivered app still says out for delivery, 10pm comes I call the store no answer so I got directed to customer service she tries to call the store she has me on hold for 5 mins then hangs up. 10:30pm come I’m like let me call one last time because if I drive to the store I’m not being nice. The store doesn’t answer once again I’m sent back to customer service I explain the situation he places me on hold to call the store they don’t answer his call. He offers to have the order remade or a refund I told him to refund it because it took 3 hours to get nothing from them I’ll go somewhere else.
I ordered a Pizza online. Specified extra pepperoni… some slices only had one slice. This happened at another PizzaHut in town and they had to remake. We purchase pizza because we like it and we don’t want to cook. With the cost of a pizza as well as the toppings, GET. IT. RIGHT!!! Also, received a pizza from this particular establishment with cooked plastic, possibly from the wrap over the precut veggies! Thru it in the trash!!! Or hire ppl who can produce and not because you need them there. Gonna find me another pizza place who does better. PizzaHut…YOU. HAVE. DISAPPOINTED.
Ended up getting the two pasta for $10 with bread sticks deal. I say about a 10th to a 12th of the pasta was uncooked and crunchy. The rest as usual was really good.
The pizza and customer service was good, but they over charge for extra toppings and two of the topping that I originally wanted, they didn't even have.
Make sure my pizza order is correct. I asked for tomatoes and black olives and got neither one. Make the Cinnabon rolls more fresh. They tasted like they were day old rolls. The rest of the order was alright.
Placing the order for my sons birthday party was a breeze! The delivery was on time & the pizza was hot! The kids & parents enjoyed it...Thanks for the great service!!
Customer service was outstanding however, we ordered breadsticks and got cheese bread that was old, cold, and stale. Our favorite pizza was a miss... which NEVER Happens.
Despite staffing shortages the small crew did a great job on our order and provided good customer service.
