I placed an order with DoorDash today. I got notifications that my order was being made, ready and picked up by the driver before I got a notification that the order was cancelled by Pierro’s. I called to find out why and whoever answered the phone didn’t even answer that it was Pierro’s but said “Hello?” I explained what happened and she said she would send me to the bartender who handles the DoorDash orders. I was then hung up on. I called back 4 times where the phone just rang until it disconnected until someone finally answered again and said “we don’t do DoorDash “ even though it’s listed on the website and I was able to place the order on DoorDash. She then had the supposed manager pick up who said “the DoorDash machine is broken and I haven’t approved any orders” I said well maybe you should contact them to let them know and she said “yeah maybe YOU should” I told her it’s not my responsibility to co tact the company and let them know her machine isn’t working and she hung up on me. I called back and asked when the owner would be in and was told 6:30. I left my information for him to call. I still haven’t heard back and when I try to call now it goes straight to a fax machine.
Cute spot in downtown Fayetteville to grab a bite to eat. Extremely reasonable priced and the food was incredible.I got a stromboli that was good that day, and again that night for leftovers! The cheese ravioli was awesome as well. I can not to BEGIN to explain how great the cannoli was, too. It tasted great, was a good size, and again, very reasonably priced. I'd reccomend ten times over!
In Fayetteville for just one night traveling to Florida Restaurant recommended by hotel and did not disappoint. Food was delicious and ranks up there with any major city. Service was exceptional by Cassie. She was courteous and knowledgeable in menu selections. She made our dining experience very enjoyable. Will recommend this restaurant to friends when traveling in the area and we will return.
I've only eaten here once, but thoroughly enjoyed it. I have Celiac disease, so I need to have Gluten Free options available. Fortunately, they clearly state on the menu that you can ask for non-gluten pasta and the wait staff were well aware of the options. In fact, knowing I needed GF, she brought me a separate appetizer from the garlic bread my friends had without my having to ask for a substitution, which I thought was very nice. My food was delicious. As for atmosphere, we had a lovely, long chat there with our friend and the wait staff were attentive to our food and drinks the entire time. I would gladly go back when I visit again.
I was very disappointed in my latest visit. The workers were nice but the overall quality of this visit was bad. I'm not sure what's going on with management but this entire visit was a disaster from start to finish. We had a toddler in our party and we weren't offered a booster seat or a high chair. We had to ask for it. When they brought it out, it was filthy so we had to ask for it to be cleaned. We had to ask for children's menu and I noticed the table next to us had been sitting for quite some time before they finally had to ask for a menu. They were only given a drink menu and they had to specifically ask for a food menu. My food came out cold so I sent it back. They warmed it and gave me the exact same plate back. I'm almost 100% that is a sanitation violation. It was disgusting, I didn't eat it at all and they wouldn't remove it from the bill. I ordered a drink from the bar and that was bad too. I'm not sure what was going on this weekend but it will be a while if I ever visit again.
Service was terrible and the Manager was no help. The food was decent, but not at the price point.
We come here every year on our way back from Florida. And always order the same thing! The lasagna wasn't done as it has been in the past. Not bad, but not the wonderful dish I was anticipating. The server was very helpful and responsive. Still enjoyed the meal and the ambience outside.
Went there for a birthday dinner. The food and drinks were amazing! The reason I gave a 4/5 was the service was slow for how few guests there were and how many servers were running around. Also, they give you garlic knots while you wait. Ours were hard and tough to chew. I don't know if they were supposed to be like that or not. They tasted good, but the hardness took away from them. They gave a free birthday dessert which was very nice of them! I would go back again as this was my first time.
It was a fun night with friends dinning in Pierros. The service was spectacular and so was the food.
Over and over rated. No professional staff, food tasteless. First order of wine and food, not available . Very disappointing. It’s not a high class Italian restaurant.
