Absolutely wonderful Mediterranean cuisine! The last time I had food this good I was living in Istanbul! Service was great and food came out fast! Large portions and well worth it!
What a nice hidden gem! My guy took me here for my birthday weekend and the food was amazing! Our server Brendon was exceptional and took the time to make menu recommendations since he knew it was our first time. The service was quick and the food was delicious. We tried the baklava and even though it wasn't our favorite we were very pleased with both of the entrees! We will definitely be adding this to our list of favorite places to dine!
Aside from it being warm in the establishment, We had a excellent service from our waitress, Brittany. She was very apologetic about how hot it was even though it was out of her control. She was quick to get our drinks out and provided great recommendations for what to eat. We had a pleasant dining experience overall. We will definitely be back.
Obsessed with the Chicken Gyro Salad! Super fresh ingredients and the chicken is flavorful and far from dry. It’s a pretty big salad for the price. The waitresses were attentive, restaurant was clean with outdoor seating. Overall I had a great experience.
A great place to dinner at Hope Mills on Saturday night - had plenty of space and great ambiance.We started our meal with the Baba Ghanouj - I wish the pita arrived toasted or served warm. Dolmades comes in a shareable portion.Two highly recommended cocktails - Safa7 El Maadia (Raspberry vodka, cranberry, and lemon ice cubes) and the Cleopatra (Vanilla vodka, cranberry, grape juice, and orange juice).We ordered the Kofta Kebob Platter with salad and Chicken Shawarma Platter with French fries. I think the fries are battered, which makes them crunchier. Sizeable portions that reheat well at home the day after.TIP - ask for extra Turmeric Garlic Sauce for the french fries.We are exploring more of Hope Mills and plan to revisit this restaurant this year.
Outstanding food and staff. Highly recommend the mint tea. My girl friend was obsessed with the tea set and hounded the staff about how to acquire them. They entertained all of her questions and Ronnie even helped her acquire a set of her own. Top marks all around. Very nice change of pace compared to the big restaurant food chains that lack such a personal touch.
We have been here several times. The food is always amazing and fresh! The staff always makes us smile. The servers are quick to recommend things and actually listen to the tastes you like when recommending. The food comes out quick and is always presented beautifully. This place is kid friendly too!!! Top notch yall!!! Definitely recommend giving them a try!
Great place to have a meal. A really different style of food and atmosphere. Note to self; Turkish coffee is nothing like American coffee... Turkish coffee has a strong "punch you in your mouth" kinda way. In other words it's like super high karate strong ? coffee even with cream and sugar.
Experience was GARBAGE….Customer service totally lacking..They welcomed us in and shutdown before we were finished. Asked for peppercinni’s for salad and was told the kitchen closed down. Manager was clueless.. I explained to her common protocol for restaurants and she just stared.. no common courtesy.. waiter came and told us we are not trying to rush you but we are closing after having food for maybe 20 minutes.. I spoke with manager once again and she told me they updated their hours over 1 1/2 ago yet the door and the internet still say they close at 10pm.Portion sizes are cut in over half since the first time I went..The chicken strips are now mini chicken pieces if you can see them.Manager told me her and the waiter was the only one there and then a man walks from the back.The owner does not care nor is he concerned about customer retention. When these people can treat people any kind of way after accepting their money, we should completely STOP patronizing them. It is sad that people feel that they can treat people like this and there be no repercussions.An extremely dissatisfied customer and I am not hard to please at all.
I got the Lamb Gyro plate. It came with a side salad. It was so fresh and delicious!
