Ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt and it came with absolutely no avocado.The person who took my order was clearly distracted laughing in the back with someone and I had to repeat my order 3 times before he took it. They were nice once I got to the window but I wish I would have checked before I left.
After they have your money your not a priority,Ordered food online they claimed 10 minutes. Arrived in 10 minutes didn’t get food until a additional 30 minutes.There were walk ins that got there food quicker!
We got in line here at about 830 we’re sitting at the speaker box nobody said anything to us at all, we said hello a couple times there was no response, at about 910 finally somebody came on the box and was like sorry we closed at nine we’re unable to take your order even though we have literally been sitting in the drive-through before they closed for about half an hour just waiting for them to take the order. Will be driving to the skibo location for some reason everywhere on Ramsey st has horrid customer services
Why is the half sand which the size of a chicken nugget!?! That is a salad dressing cup next to it for size comparison. To pay almost $7.00 for HALF A SANDWICH and then get this minuscule, under-developed, wanna-be-a-sandwich when I grow up is ridiculous. Panera Bread is slipping hard and I won’t be ordering from them again
I don't usually go to Panera, but I went one day recently and was super happy. Kayla at the window was such a joy and made me feel so welcome. More people in customer service should be that friendly and welcoming!
Very disappointed with Panera at this location. Tuesday night ordered 2 sandwiches and soup. Sandwiches was very old, soggy and no napkins, spoon for soup at all! (We have no kitchen yet) This morning we made the curbside order, waiting in the car for a while after arrving and kept waiting.... Finally, I walked inside to get my ordered... Too much for car delivery!... we will have the house on Ramsey but from now I will order from Raeford or Skibo... I dont mind driving if there's some good services and good quality.

Helen Keller must have made my sandwich. I think the process went like this- after dropping it on the floor twice, they wrapped it up, sat on it, then placed it in the bag. Opening up the sandwich, the first thing that stuck out was all the burnt crisps. It looks like they scraped out of their oven, and onto my sandwich. Next is the tortilla chip I found in my BBQ smoked sandwich. It wasn’t even a good tortilla chip, tasted stale and expired. Lastly they so graciously blessed me with 2 of their disgusting red onions (but only on half of my sandwich) at-least they tried right?

Regular dark roast was good but could have been hotter.
