My 1st visit to this location was a good experience. My breakfast wrap and coffee was satisfying. The employee at the drive thru was super sweet and was nice enough to help me decide on a coffee that fit my needs.
Can we talk about the Spicy Take Chef’s Chicken Sandwich? It was a yuck, for me!Where to begin... welp, simply stated, it sucked!It was a weakly seasoned chicken cutlett, covered by a very stong, overpowering bun, accompanied by bland condiments sparcly added...I guess to enhace it's flavor! Nothing spicy here!The sandwich and a bag of chips were $11.00, so I, at the very least, thought that it would leave a positive impression on me, NOPE!...and oh, I dined in and had a hard time finding a clean table. Not the norm for them, bit it happened.?
Haven't been in a while but came twice this week because I was in the mood for bagels. Both times they were out of all types at 9:30 a.m. Maybe consider a name change to Panera Soup.
The customer service has really decreased ☹️ the young man with the false lashes took our order and clearly showed that he had no desire to be there. It was near closing and a young lady saturated the entire floor near the drink station with water and began mopping while customers were still placing orders with drinks. The food was ok, but the environment left much to be desired. We visited on a weeknight during the week of 11-17APR22
I keep waiting for this place to redeem themselves... but no. Every time I come, whether through the fast food line or in person, my order is wrong. Like, entirely. On one occasion, my family ordered soups and were all given different sized cups for the same full-size soup order. Once they gave me someone else's food. Another time they had me wait for my food, gave me someone else's, PLUS an additional portion because someone forgot I asked for half-sandwich. That was a good mistake except for the part where they gave me someone else's order, so that person must have been upset. The most recent trip, I ordered soup in a bread bowl and asked for 2 sides of apple and chips, even made a joke of "that would be a lot of bread if baguettes were my sides, no thanks!" And the worker laughed, and then I received bread. Lol. Not a great establishment in terms of accuracy...
Order # 128829: I ordered a Green Goddess Cobb Salad. When I got home the to go container was less than half full with four cherry tomato halves, two pieces of chicken and a few lettuce leaves. What a rip off. I live too far to make a return trip. I will not eat here again. Should not have given a tip at the register. Bad service!!!!
the people on staff tonight were welcoming, friendly and overall amazing. they easily kept up a comfortable atmosphere in store despite being slammed, which honestly? props to you guys. I wish my coworkers worked as well and happily as y'all do. hope y'all have a great night and drive safe out there!
Do not let them park you in the drive thru spot. I waited five minutes in the drive thru line, ten minutes in the spot and watched six cars drive thru. Finally, I went in and found my food sitting on the counter "waiting to be ran out". One worker stated my food had just been put up, but it was cold and if it had just been put up, then it took over ten minutes to make a wrap. I know there are a shortage of workers, am very disappointed. Positive...I did get a refund.
This is the worst Panera restaurant in Fayetteville. I recommend to go to the Panera on Raeford Rd. The Caramel Latte is perfect and you won’t have to wait on the drive thru stall 1 for 20mins, or go inside and the personnel will still forget about your order while standing there. Terrible service and Management, definitely not the Panera experience you can get else where!
Didn't feel comfortable ordering at the drive thru,forgot to give Dawn my Panera number at the box when i got to the window i couldn't get out what i had to say before she started in on why she couldn't keep the window open to take my number ,if its not safe then people should not go there ,im just at risk as she is,so we will not be going back no time soon..
