I used to love this place years ago when they were under old management. I got what I paid for. Now, they just add 99% vegetables and 1% meat if any at times. The angus beef is an up charge to get but I literally got huge chunks of mushrooms and like 3 pieces of beef. When I order the teriyaki chicken I get mostly fatty chunks as well, and let’s not forget the chow Mein, all cabbage and barely any noodles. This place went downhill!

1. Wok Shrimp was very good! BUT that's where the good ends.2. Beijing Beef...nothing like pictures. Should be spicy juicy chicken in light sauce with red peppers and onions. Mine was so over cooked it was black and hard/chewy. Like jerky. No peppers or onions. No flavor or spice.3. "Super greens"? Broccoli, cabbage, cooked leafy something. No flavor.No seasoning.4. Fried rice...No flavor or seasoning. White rice with carrots, peas, egg & a drop of soy sauce.Basically nothing had any flavor or seasoning except the shrimp dish.Maybe new location on Raeford Rd is better. I'll go inside to look at food there.

Today we went to Panda Express. I have to say the food was really good. I would definitely go back for the food. But unfortunately, I felt so uncomfortable seeing the way the employees were talked to, I am pretty sure I won't return anytime soon. We came in around 1pm on Mother's Day. It wasn't very busy when we arrived. But after going there I can see why businesses are having trouble getting and keeping help. The manager was extremely rude to the employees. To the point of coming to the register opening our plates and correcting the employee in front of us. And telling us she gave us to much food. It was less than what you get at other restaurants. Especially similar ones in the mall. That was the first time we had ever been there and she was a brand new employee, that's what the manager told us. We heard her fussing with someone else when we walked in the door. And then as we were sitting there eating our food she came out and rudely got on somebody about their break very loudly in front of the customers. Her tone and management skills definitely need improvement. A manager needs to know to correct employees not in front of everyone and especially customers but to pull them aside and speak to them privately. It ruined our dining experience. I don't know anyone. I am not even from Fayetteville, but I felt so bad for the employees working there. I honestly talk to my dog with more respect. When this place can't get or keep employees, and has to close down just be aware that it is because of this manager.

I’m gonna be honest, the quality of this Panda Express has went down over the years. One: they don’t fill up the orders like they used to. Now they are filling them half way now, which mind you is a family feast. Two: they no longer pay attention on putting everything you ordered, I already received a few orders with missing boxes and they still charge me for them. I live about 45 minutes away from the nearest Panda Express and I can’t drive back to complain to them for a refund of the food they haven’t put.

Went through drive thru today. They were out of everything. They had no spring rolls, no soda, and although they upcharge you for each portion of steak, they didn’t give us all our portions. First she said they didn’t have enough, but when my husband said he would wait for them to make more she was like are you sure you want to wait, he said yes, and then she said oh we have enough. She then proceeded to skimp out on all our steak because they didn’t feel like cooking more. Service and food has gone completely downhill.

This was my first time at panda express. I had the new chicken with the noodles and wow the noodles were out of this world amazing! Can't wait to have them again! Chicken was cooked perfect, loved the flavors!

I just ordered online and picked up in store. When the lady in the store handed me the order, I thought I did not the extra order of spring rolls for my little niece when I asked if it was in there I got an attitude back. I didn’t say anything and walked out. Like I said it was for my little niece. When I came home and we unpacked it, there was no fortune cookies which is something she loves. There also was no silverware. Not an issue because we’re home, but what if we were at a hotel or traveling?!!! Little quality check and a little politeness will go a long way. Thanks. Not returning.

Arrived at 7:50 pm. They had no food available. They said they were not making anymore food. Both girls were rude. Store was nasty and messy. Soda machine had alot of things out of order. They were cleaning up as if they were closing. I have been here before and I did not recieve this kinda treatment. Horrible.

As long as you don't mind getting whatever they decide they have in the menu this is the place for you, but if you actually want to order what you want forget about it. At least the last five times I've gone something is out that I want, no more plenty of other businesses that make better Chinese food.

This location stays very busy. So I've only had Uber Eats eperiences. On those orders a lot of things were left off of the notes section. Silverware, duck sauce & other things to complete the order. This location also runs out of a lot of the items that are on the Uber Eats order section. So getting the correct order sometimes can be difficult. Overall the food does make up for the bad Uber Eats experience.
