Worse place that I have ever been to. Not hardly anyone in the restaurant. And have been sitting for over 10 mins and not even had our drink orders taken.
If you like outback I do not recommend coming to this one. To start off the sweet tea tasted like dirty dish water, and when we ordered dr. Pepper instead, it was flat. The blooming onion was more peel than onion. I love coconut shrimp but theirs was horrible. Our steaks weren’t made even close to what we asked and our fries cold and soggy. The waitress was very nice on the other hand. So good service just horrible food if you were expecting outback.
We’ve attempted twice recently to order prime rib. First time was 6:00-30 and were told only end cuts left. Today, we went and around 4:00 only rare available. When asking manager when would be the time to come, we got some long story about how it’s only rare until later in the evening and it had not been cut into yet for the day. Never got an answer about when a good time to get a medium rare or medium cut would be. I’m sorry I make standing rib roasts and we have from well on the ends to rare in the center. Totally confused and won’t be back.
We came here after going to a few other restaurants that all had 45+ minute waits with about 5 tables occupied.Outback got us seated immediately and brought us bread right away. Our waitress was wonderful and all the food we had was excellent - Alice chicken, salmon and kids chicken fingers were all perfectly prepared and had so much flavor. Wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

Really disappointed. Worst experience at an Outback ever. Cold potato soup had to be sent back for new. Ordered a medium steak that came out well done. Sent it back, waited forever, and it came out almost rare. Gave up and just got a to go box. The mashed potatoes tasted like dirty potato skins. Server was great, and it wasn’t her fault. Management never came by, even will all of the issues. We won’t go back to that location.
Ok so here's the scoop. Outback has lost my money. I will not be going back!! Service was slow,the food was terrible. My husband and I both ordered the Prime rib sandwich, he had fries which were way under cooked and I had a salad. So the sandwiches were disgusting! My sandwich on the right was nothing but fat and grissle. The meat on both was really tough and bland. We barely ate 1/2. We spoke to the manager and he didn't apologize he just quickly picked up the check and removed our orders. Which seems to be the trend with the management. Smh Outback, do better!!!!!!!
The service was very good. Holly was attentive and checked on us frequently, but without hovering. The only issue was uneven cooking on both mine and my husband's steaks. His was ordered as medium rare, but came out medium in the center and almost medium rare on the edges. How they managed that, I don't know. I ordered mine medium, but it came out rare on one end and progressively more well done as I went across it. The last few bites were mealy, dry, and well done. The grilled shrimp, however were absolutely perfect. This was the first time in a long time that I've had shrimp that were so perfectly cooked, so excellent job there.
Very pleased and surprised in how tasteful the food was. Has a good selection of different proteins, and unlike many other restaurants around the area, the meat is fabulous. I had the filet mignon and I must say it is one of the best I have had so far. Food did take a little to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend Outback, specially if you are in the mood for yummy and juicy steak.
I'd first like to thank the sever for being so nice.?That one star is for her because my food was TRASH! In my photos the pretty blooming onion is what they (OUTBACK) advertise on their website. The other and those wings is what I got. I could be near starving and wouldn't eat that ash, charred, like somebody cleaned a grill and dried rubbed burnt on my onions and wings and served it to me. I am a dark complexion individual and that food was skin tone...MY SKIN tone and that is crazy. I tried to eat it, only because I had nothing else to eat @ the time I ordered. I actually thought to myself, "OOO! I WANT TO TRY OUTBACK!" NOTHIN!! If eating that food would make me rich, I guess I would be poor. I never give reviews on bad food, because I usually kind of work around it. This...THIS! I tried to eat, I just could not. I had to peel off the black to even eat the meat. I called, no answer, but I will be returning that (NOT A MEAL) back tomorrow. That place is priced too high for food to be that horrific. I don't mind paying for anything pricey, but when it's that bad, a McHappy Meal would have been more enjoyable. TIP of the day...change the grease. Thank u for reviewing my review.
