As I sit here in the store ...the staff seams nice unfortunately the table is sticky...they claim it's the type of cleaning product they use which is understandable but should be fixed I don't like the feeling of sticking to the table....to continue the problems the hole reason I came here was for the onion rings that were on the menu to be told there no longer available that disapointing.... the food way great ...an amazing take on nachos and a very large serving ...lastly the waitress brought me my check with out asking initially if I was even finished like if I was gona order anything else which if the nachos weren't so large I may have but seamed a little rude to me to bring the check with out asking if I was ready ...overall an insignificant problem ...still enjoyed my time and food
Order a DoorDash and my order was wrong. Called spoke to a manager food had gotten fixed. While waiting on food we decided to get a drink mind you it’s 1:15 manage already said bar closes at 1:30. Sat down and immediately the bartender comes and bluntly says kitchen closed we’re not selling any more food I can make a drink. Replied that’s certainly fine. Ordered mixed drinks and shots. Very aware of the fact that he could not serve shots and mixed drinks at the same time it was just the fact how rudely says he’s not losing his job behind serving both. He was already on the fact that it was really busy for a Thursday. It was more so his whole demeanor since we sat down like if he told us the kitchen was closed we would get up and leave because he was tired. Busy moments come at any time in the restaurant industry. If making money is a problem then maybe staying home would’ve been the better option. Order Togo all the time maybe my next dine in experience will be better.
This was the absolute WORST service I have EVER had. We arrived at 950 and didn't get our drinks (soda) until 1025. It wasn't even busy. Our waitress, Sofia, did not care to check on us. Our food took so long we asked for the check before it arrived, ten minutes later, still waiting for the check, we got our food instead of the check. My calzone had whole green olives in it, instead of cut up. Although the food was okay, the service was terrible. We were supposed to have the manager come talk to us, and they never came. We paid our full bill and just left NEVER to return. Don't waste your time, go somewhere that actually cares about customers if you are paying what they charge. I've had better service at fast food restaurants. What a joke.
I ordered a large pizza and 2 diet cokes. I had it delivered via Uber Eats. I was very happy that they were still open past midnight when all the other local pizza places were closed. They were fast and the pizza was delicious. I was full after eating 2 pieces (there were 8 large pieces total). The only improvement that I would make is to give us the option of ordering a 2-Liter Coke or other soda/pop. It cost about $3.50 for one average size cup of a fountain drink. I would have even paid more for a 2-Liter if it were an option. This is why I only gave 4 stars. Other than that, everything was great!
This was our first visit to Old Chicago. Upon arrival the restaurant only had one other table. The restaurant filled up quickly. Our server was good but seemed overworked. The food came out hot and fresh. The portions were somewhat small for the price. Everything was good and we will probably try it again. There are several advertisements for happy hour and karaoke nights.
First time was a really good experience. Our food was delicious, hot and fresh. I ordered the crafted beer burger and it was great. Our waitress was nice and friendly.
Very expensive drinks 7.79 for an angry orchard beer. (One of the cheapest). I was here for trivia night with friends and the service was not good, my server was good but severely overworked! It’s a family restaurant with an adult bar?? ??♂️. I don’t know why they think you can’t play “bump and grind” music with 8 year olds eating pizza in the booth next to the bar
Ate here for the first time yesterday and was honestly very disappointed. The wings were not very good and the pizza is maybe a 5/10 at most. We were expecting a bill around the 20s but when we got the final price in the 40s we were shocked. We ordered the Large pizza expecting for the price for it to take up most the table, it did not. Not the best bang for your buck. Giving it a 3 star and not lower because the ambiance was nice and even though they're understaffed the workers were still very nice, to add to this a military discount is always a nice touch.If you have the around maybe $40-$50 and want to try it out you could, I'd just recommend somewhere else.

Waited for almost ten minutes with no one coming to the table. Several different waiters and waitresses passed by our table with not so much as a have you been helped yet. Asked an employee if he was the manager he said no with an attitude. Manager came and took care our order and said he would find out what happened with our waitress. I appreciate the manager but this is the problem with customer service right now. There is no common courtesy. Still never had a waiter or waitress come to our table. Only the manager helped us, again he was great but very disappointed with the overall service.
