Having been to many Korean spots, I was interested to check this place out. This is a decent spot for Korean food if you're really wanting some Kbbq with no better option. However, for the price the sushi could have been much nicer and fresh and the spicy pork (a favorite) should have actually been marinated correctly. There was no spiciness whatsoever. Someone messed up the recipe. Or someone new was running the buffet that day. In general I found the buffet quality and variety to be a bit lacking but good enough for 3 stars.
Had a great time here eating a variety of Asian meals from sushi, pho, Korean BBQ, miso soup so it was unique. You choose your meats and cook it at the stove. Our first time here and we loved it. Our waitress was very nice and introduced us to the menu selections and even helped us lay our food to be cooked.
Now this is a different type of all you can eat but once they explained it to me at the door, I loved it. The food was great, I had control of the flavor and ingredients, and I had all of my meats cooked to my satisfaction because I cooked them! I will definitely be returning.
Not a welcoming environment, too many rules. 1 hour 30 MIN dine in limit.*If I come with a buddy and he wants BBQ and I want a menu item we can’t sit together.MUST order food at the registerPAY before your food arrivesIf you don’t eat the BBQ section you get plastic utensils. If you don’t eat all your Korean BBQ you pay extra, sure.SOFT DRINKS only for Korean BBQ not dine in menu.MENU food comes in to-go containers even if you dine in.Bulgogi was good.I understand why some of these rules are in place, but don’t go into business of restriction, be in business for the customer. If you don’t like to serve, customer service isn’t the game to be in.
Everybody that posted here or are reading the comments, what do you notice? The fact that the restaurant owner NEVER resolves issues with the complaints. This is a direct sign of laziness. Curious, I went in. They are the most expensive Asian restaurant in Fayetteville. Ok, it is stretching it to ask for $24.99 for a buffet. However, they wanted nearly 40 dollars if you ate by yourself. Somebody with any logical brain cells tell me how does this make since?
We are huge fans of Korean BBQ and I must say that this place was very disappointing. When we walked in there was no one at the front and being that it was our first time here we felt kind of lost. When the hostess/waitress came up she asked if it was our first time here when we told her yes she took us to our table and left. We had to ask how it worked. When we asked she explained how it worked at the speed of light. So if you have any questions good luck..... We also only were checked on 1 time by our server the whole time we were there. Once we got into it the food was decent for the price and they have a good variety of things to try. The tables have little to no ventilation above them so you are going to smell like what you are cooking. Not one person other than our hostess/waitress was wearing a mask. I understand people are eating and not wearing a mask but masks should be mandatory to go up to the buffet while covid-19 is a thing. 2 stars for the food only. If you really like Korean BBQ I would recommend trying Honey Pig Korean BBQ in Carey its a bit further and their food is more expensive but it is absolutely excellent and you wont be sorry.
To be the first time I visit it, I really liked it. when you visit it take into account that it is the only one that has the grill and the Japanese barbecue in the Fayetteville area, its variety is a bit limited, but in general everything has a very good flavor.I found all the areas clean.and I definitely recommend it to go with the family.
For a kbbq/hotpot place in fayetteville, Not bad. The one thing I wish is that it had a larger sauce bar to make dipping sauce. It is a bit small, and when busy can be tight. But overall, worth the trip if you're craving hot pot/kbbq but don't want to drive 1hr+ out of town
We really enjoyed our experience here and will definitely be going back.
We were excited to learn of a Korean BBQ nearby so went to try it out on Tuesday evening. We were promptly greeted and seated seconds after entering the establishment. At first, there seemed to only be 1 waitress running around tending multiple tables, but once more customers started arriving, there were a total of 2 waitresses running the joint with their multi-tasking skills on POINT. The variety of meat could have been better, but it was still good with combination of chicken, beef, pork and seafood. They had many varieties of sauces that I've never tried before, but instantly fell in love with! Also had another section with sushi etc which we didn't try because we just wanted protein that night lol Overall, great experience and 100% would make this place a regular date night thing!
