Kevina was the most pleasant server I have encountered lately. Everyone there was so nice, but she stood at to me, she smiled the entire time, was helpful in my selection, she acted like she actually wanted to be there(which you don’t find these days). I don’t often review places but I felt she needed to be acknowledged!! The food was good as well. Kevina keep that smile and that personality… you rock!!!!❤️ This was in Fayetteville, NC.
2 years ago I would have told you this place was great. We recently visited there on April 29, 22 & all of the employees looked like they forced to be there. Like we were bothering them to be ordering food. The food looked presentable but I wish I could say the same for the taste. The chicken was cold and over all tasted terrible. Even the white cheese was gross. The chips tasted stale. It was a waste of $40 to the trash.
Me and my mom went to Moe's for her birthday and got Nacho's we got it to go... I live in laurinburg about a hour and 10 minutes away... Got home heated them up and started eating half way through I noticed i didn't have a bit of chicken on my nachos I looked all through the nachos and NOTHING BUT CHIPS AND VEGGIES... So I called and told me to come back tomorrow and get a refund or more Nacho's.... I love a bit far away to come back tomorrow considering I was off today I can't just up and go to Fayetteville like that..... That was my second time going to a Moe's and this one really disappointed me..... I will call back tomorrow and make sure the manager got my message and maybe I can go back next week and get my Nacho's the right way this time....

Food is good. But I'm still mad that I didn't get my damn greeting. Can't go wrong with the queso dip

I was at this store Friday- 7Jan22 around 5pm. Staff were not wearing masks. Food area where they served food was not clean. It wasn’t presentable at all. Charged me extra queso & guacamole which we didn’t asked for. Had to tell her that we didn’t order guacamole. Overall we didn’t like their food presentation. So messy on the food trays.
Always fresh food with fast service and kind employees! You also get a lot of food for what you pay for.
I ordered a DoorDash order through Moe’s website at 3:38. It said the order would be delivered by 4:15. I then receive a message at 4:00 from the driver saying she was at the restaurant, but someone had taken the order. I called the restaurant and the manager said that someone took the order but he didn’t know where they went. He offered no compromise nor solution. I had to demand a refund. He didn’t apologize or offer any kind of food in return for the inconvenience. I go to this location all the time, but I will not be back.
Absolutely wonderful service, has to be the very best part of eating here. The food definitely does not disappoint either. Would absolutely recommend. Especially on Monday for their $5 deals. ♥️
