The guy that was putting in the pizza in the oven. Was not wearing a glove with the hand he used to put the pizza in the oven. His other hand had a glove?
I love this pizza chain ? It’s like Subway but for pizza ? The Fayetteville, North Carolina facility on Skibo Rd was super clean, friendly staff, & incredible tasting pizzas. If you ever have the opportunity to eat at a Mod Pizza restaurant definitely stop in & enjoy the atmosphere along with a pretty damn good tasting pizza. You can order pizzas from the menu or, make your own amazing pizza with the items you love.
Had never been before and happened to be walking by with my daughter. On a whim, we ordered two pizzas, one simple and one not. Both were excellent and the staff was very friendly. Almost 5 star review... a few things in the restaurant could have been a little cleaner. Will 100% be back.The ability to add so many options at no additional cost was great! Although I felt a few traditional toppings were missing. Crust was perfect and taste was even better than expected.
Ordered in advance with a pickup of 6:01 pm got there at 6:05 no pizza ready. The first pizza finally came out and then about 20 minutes later the other. Both were wrong. Left with nothing except with a wasted 30 minutes of my life. . Manager is weak, staff is a clown show. Don’t eat here ever! They blamed they “were busy” as an excuse. It’s Fayetteville, figure out your business model! Trash!!!!

Nice light pizza with fresh toppings. Can customize the pizzas or salad. Very tasty! And has outdoor seating!!!
Our experience at Mod pizza last night was terrible. Whoever owns/manages this store is setting up their employees for failure. We waited in line for over an hour and never got our order taken. We left because at that point, it was past 9pm and we couldn’t wait any longer. Let me be clear that I am not blaming the employees because it seemed like they were really struggling. There were only 3 people working the entire store and online orders. If staffing is an issue, pay your employees more and treat them fairly. I promise you’ll see an increase in applications and retention. Do better!
Giving this location 2 stars. While we looove Mods Pizza, and the food is always great, every time we have ordered online for store pickup, we have wait 10-15 minutes MINIMUM past when our order was supposed to be done. Their customer service needs a major upgrade to assist the mobile pick ups in a TIMELY fashion. Mod Pizza markets itself as “super fast” and I have yet to see any hustle to earn that slogan.

Great pizza spot, you can get very customized with toppings and the salads are also nice and freshly made.
