Everytime we go to Miyabi Jr. Express the food, chefs, and clerk associates are awesome and professional. Keep up the good work!! Respectfully.
I used to be a constant/habitual customer/habitual. This place has fallen. I began calling at 8:07pm attempting to place an order. Began making the 10 minute drive while continuing to call. Someone picks up and never takes my order. I remain on the phone while walking thru the door. It is at this point that someone hangs up. As I approach the counter and voice my displeasure one of the cooks interjects and says that wouldn't happen. When asked when they stop taking phone orders, the cashier looks at the time and says 8:45 pm. I had 20 calls placed from 8:07 - 8:43. The manager comes out and attempts to addresses the issue with me. He gets high marks for professionalism and demeanor, but, low marks on correcting the issue, repairing employee deficiencies, repairing customer confidence, and a resolution with customer satisfaction. Definitely a rating of 1.
Every other week and sometimes twice in one week!!! Teriyaki fish and chicken combo is great! Great flavor and service! Might be back in a couple days.
We used to love myabi Jr. But the last several times we've gone my wife and I have experienced hurting stomachs.We decided to go one more time just because we do love the food. This was a mistake.My wife and I have currently been throwing up through the night and into this morning and have been in serious pain for that same period of time since we ate myabis. the symptoms are that of food poisoning. As much as I love the taste of the food we will not be going back.
Just yes. I don't know why, but their food hits the perfect cravings and tastes amazing. Restaurant seems clean and well taken care of too. Love it.
Normally this place is decent but today it wasn't. I ordered 2 steak hibachi. Both were supposed to have been cooked as "well", they were over cooked and my zucchini was UNDER cooked. I'm not sure what happened but it was a definite waste of time and money.
This place has changed. I use to love eating here. Been a couple years since I ate here. Went yesterday and it was terrible. The steak was like eating a shoe. Never had steak this hard to chew. The rice was still good so that's why gave 2 stars. Very disappointing
Do not order anything after 7 o'clock because they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE JOB ANYMORE. The quantity& quality of food at that price robbing people

Chicken, steak, rice and zucchini taste like shrimp. I didn’t order shrimp. Don’t like shrimp so I guess it’s great if you do, not so much if you don’t. Puke!!
