Soooo I called in on Sunday to place an order and wanted some California rolls and they told me to call the other side to place my order. So I did and got reverted back to the express side. So I tried to place my order again and explained what was said to me so I could place my order. So the woman got smart with me over the phone and my girlfriend got smart back and, then we was told that they refuse to take my order. So we drove to the express side and they took the order and still messed the order up. I talked to the manager today and they said I can't place an order over the phone anymore I have to come in and order. Which to me is trash. Its not my fault the employee was rude, if she didn't wanna work there she can find another job.
Went on a job in raeford and we were craving sushi so I called a friend that lives on that side of town for some suggestions. We were not disappointed. The set up was really nice. Wasn't busy when we went on a Wednesday around 4pm. They have 3 sections. 1. Express side 2. Main entrance for tables and hibachi. 3. a bar side. Pricing was comparable to other places. They do have a 15% gratuity charge automatically which I don't care for cause we do tip more than that when we go out. Which I'm sure they do tip sharing from it. Interesting is if you share your plate with someone else there is a $5 charge for sharing. Why are you going to tell me what to do with my food that I paid for. Overall it was a good sushi meal and very filling can't complain about that. But my complaint is don't tell me what to do with the food I purchased. So if I buy sushi and the other person orders hibachi and we share it because we want to taste and enjoy some of what we each have, you are going to charge me?
This place is a joke! My family of 14 sat down to have a meal together. We were served soup and drinks and placed our orders. A few hundred dollars worth. While waiting on the chef to come to the table someone working there came over to one of us and said Tank Tops are not allowed, mind you there was only one other family dining and the SHIRT in fact was not a tank top but sleeveless shirt. This isn't rodeo drive this is RAEFORD RD IN FAYETTEVILLE! While I can agree with people needing to dress accordingly to a place of business, this was beyond ludicrous. This establishment has less than poor rapport or couth while interacting with customers. NEVER,EVER,AGAIN! When bare skin matters more than money you don't need any of mine.
Staff was concerned and food was amazing
Overpriced, especially since they started including gratuity on even to-go orders.Last two times I’ve ordered to-go hibachi, we get the worst cuts of steak. I get mostly gristle which makes me feel ripped off after paying $30+ for a meal. The portion was definitely not even comparable to what you would get if you sat down and ate there but is the same price. The sushi is pretty good though. l and the staff is nice.My advice, go in and sit down and avoid ordering to-go.
I've eaten at this location three times now. And this regent Scott was just as good as my previous visits. Every staff member we interacted with from the time we walked into the door, to the time left the table, was very nice and very courteous.I saw the reviews saying that the staff had become miserable and rude, but I didn't see that on this recent visit. It doesn't mean it wasn't true at some point. Maybe the company leadership saw those negative reviews and actually made improvements with their staff, or maybe my visit was an anomaly. Either way, we had a great experience that reminded of our first visit when this location first opened.I 100% recommend giving this location off of the 401 a visit.
I was told I couldn't order Sushi with my order and then watched three orders being handed out that included Sushi. I asked again and was told they stop selling it when they have a few orders of it. Now I'm otw to Mega Habachi on Flagstone lane just up the road for an order of sushi.
Very delicious and I never regret coming here.
One and a done kind of place. Doesn’t taste that good at all.
I hope i could give them 0 stars, this japanese place looks nice from the outside, japanese aesthetic however the workers here look like they dont like being here, horrible customer service, I'll probably never come again.
