Went to this establishment 10 mins ago to pickup a call-in order. I checked the bag because I ordered hibachi chicken and shrimp double veggies no rice. I tasted the chicken and it was teriyaki. I addressed the young man working and said I didn't want teriyaki. He proceeded to tell me that "by default we give everyone teriyaki ". I asked for hibachi. He says "ok, we can get you hibachi chicken". He proceeds to start puttung the food out of my container back into their chicken pot, I say " hey hey!! I ate out of there!! That's how I knew it was teriyaki ". His response was "we have to save or resources" and he put that food back in their food bar. I was completely disgusted by this. This has always been my go to but after today I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!
They said my food will be ready in ten minutes but when I got there I had to wait another ten minutes for my food. Unprofessional and lost a customer.
Great Japanese food I a good location. Perfect place if you want great hibachi without having to sit down and wait on it
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ??? Their male employees are very aggressive then play victim!!! I would never spend my hard american dollar with them again. THE MAIN FOCUS SHOULD BE THAT 94.0 SANITATION GRADE..I didnt see not a hair or beard net in sight! I FEEL SORRY FOR THE COOK!

This place was awful visited it today around lunch time asked for hibachi chicken plate , the food was cold & nasty , asked the man to remake it he had an attitude.. never going to go back!! They need to shut this place down!!!!!
I specifically asked for chicken and steak w no Zucchini. There’s no chicken in this with Majority of Zucchini and Onions. Barely any steak. I want a refund.
The food from mikito was very amazing at the hibachi grill it did not take long at all for the chef to start cooking. We had a very amazing waitress so if you want hibachi food go to Mikito.
I visited this location for lunch today and ordered the steak and shrimp combination plate with 2 egg rolls. I specifically asked for my steak to be cooked medium well. Once I was able to eat my food once I was in the car due to waiting 30 minutes for my order. I saw that it was tough and well done. There were orders that was placed after mine that came out before mine. When finally asking about it because I had to get back to work. I was informed that the steak was still sitting on the grill. I’ve never ran into any issues with this location before except for today.
If the option was .5 stars that would be the rating. The food is mediocre at best...and they don't give you any white sauce if you carry out...like what difference does it make if you're a paying customer, had to pay extra to get white sauce at all...for me the white sauce made this food edible, the food was luke warm and cold within 10 minutes of eating it. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!
