I went here on a Saturday night around 8 p.m. this past weekend. Our waiter Wilson was very attentive our food came out fast and they even brought me my to-go containers I asked for earlier than usual. The food was really hot and fresh. They're Pico salad was great and the cheese sauce was very good and was creamy and tasted great!. The waiter even brought me a fresh cup of coffee with regular milk instead of the powder creamer. I highly recommend the Hope Mills micasitas and thought the waiter Wilson went above and beyond what most do.
This is our go to Mexican restaurant in town. Being from Arizona, I'm very picky about Mexican food. It's very strange to have queso( a kinda cheesey gravy) poured over everything. I always ask them to put shredded cheese on instead. However, aside from that, I love this place. The staff is friendly. The place is very clean. The chips are always fresh and the salsa bar gives you variety. We normally get the carnitas dinner, the carne asada street tacos or the chimichangas. The food comes out very hot and fast and the flavors are consistent.
Was there at 2pm Easter Sunday not very busy. 4 people in party waiter was very nice but off the bat got the drink orders wrong. I ordered water was given sweet tea. The two taco salads ordered were wrong also did not have time to wait for remake. I ordered beef and got dry chicken the other was a chicken taco salad but they did not put any beans in that one and the shell was a lot darker than mine( over done). The manager said he would adjust the bill it was the same amount when paid and he kept the copy so I don't have it to post. I have eaten there before and food was good and correct will not be back to this place.
Food was great and service fast. Maria, our waitress was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She c was prompt and quick, eating that day at the restaurant was very agreeable and pleasant. She made us feel at home very welcomed. I highly recommend this restaurant but especially I recommend Maria as your server if you want a homie, prompt and very agreeable service!..10 stars!
We ordered a family meal for 4 with a 10 -15 minute pick up! Opened the one container to find a bed of rice, beans/cheese. Everything was falling apart, tacos, enchiladas and burritos! The only thing that wasn't SOGGY from the condensation from the foil was the quesadillas and I assume its because they were stacked!NEVER again! I should have taken the hint when the person taking my order stated they dont sell a lot of the family 4! I understand!Solution to the problem:Stop piling food up in one BIG PAN, it all blends together and is not a pretty site and definitely not good for the palate. Package it seperately and I gurantee there will be no problems. All this soggy food for $48!
The Hope Mills location is great! The staff are always so nice and helpful. The food...perfection. Couldn't ask for more, thank you all at Mi Casita!

I would never go there again. Improvised tacos, great staff but all the meat was gross and the lime’s were brown and old.
