Took an hour to get thru the drive thru and they confirmed a spicy deluxe chicken was on the order, but they gave me the normal spicy chicken. Don't go at night, the night shift is horrible.
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with french fries and I ask for my fries to be well done. Got home chicken sandwich was dry it look like it was sitting there, and the french fries were semi warm but definitely not well done. The lady who took the order said that the fries just came off the fryer. If a customer ask for well done add that to their order, cause employees who set up the food will see it on the screen. It’s not hard to add it. I know cause I use to work for McDonalds.
Messed up my order. Refused to fix it because I lost the receipt that’s understandable… I stood there for 15 mins with a screaming baby waiting to put a re order in while all the employees walked past me.
Service is great. Although I am giving a 4 out of 5 because I seen one the workers eat. I get it because I use to work for McDonalds to and I ate to. But from when I worked in fast food I was told to not eat or drink in front of customers. And for sanitary reasons wash hands afterwards. I should not have to see if they do it because they should just know better. I think it may have been a manager that did it and I asked for salt and he was the one who handed it to me but I preferred not to use it becaue I seen him eat and I don't know if he washed his hands afterwards or even did at all. But I do understand people get hungry and it's McDonalds however just out of respect for what goes into other people's mouths for sanitary reasons in my opinion.
Used the order board. It was fast easy and understanding even for an old guy like me. Paid with Cc and sat down, all the food was brought to me in a timely fashion. Woman even checked on me to see if everything was right. As it was dine in free refills. Overall it was clean, friendly and prompt.
Very rude customer service and very disrespectful at the windows. It is too early to have an attitude especially when I had nothing to do with their bad morning. As a military personal it is the closest McDonalds to base but with treatment as such I feel obligated to drive the 15 mins to the other one across town. Those two ladies need to be talked to about how to treat customers and accept the fact they’re the ones who applied for the job.
For whatever reason, this 24 hour McDonald's never has Frappe's, milk shakes or ocean after 8pm. I understand that the equipment has to be cleaned daily, but why not do it at 3am? I have gone to this location at least a dozen times where they've shut down the machines by 8pm, even during the summer! I know that I'm not the only person disappointed by this.
I usually make sure I got out of my way to avoid this particular store but I was in a rush this morning. They got my order right for once but the coffee was un drinkable. It tasted rotten, how do you mess up a coffee? I don't ever care to leave reviews on places but I have had enough with this store.
Worst Mcdonalds in town. Waited 35 mins for a McRib and a Mocha Frappe. When I went inside, it was laughed at that I was forgotten outside. The only reason I didn't go off was the shift manager/manager turned back and told the employee it wasnt funny. Then promptly refunded me. The one person in the place that knows how to treat people.Just left again and food is subpar to any other McDonald's. ZERO Stars if I could.
This McDonald's location is very sad. I ordered 2 large fries at the drive thru and I received 2 large cold fries. Not only were they cold, 1 was packed with ketchup packets and missing half of the fries. A simple order of 2 large fries and they can't even get that right. 15 bucks an hour can't fix this systematic problem. The quality of service should not be affected by the amount of money you make working for McDonald's. Sad, sad, sad.
