Every time I go and order our food to go they get the order wrong. Like today we ordered two dubbed cheese burgers. One regular and one with no onions or pickles. In stead they I double cheeseburger with no ketchup and no onion. That's not what I said I wanted I wanted a cheeseburger with no onion no pickles was so hard about that? And the guy who took me over was not friendly at all. And last time we went they got our order wrong then too. Listen I'm not very happy with this McDonald's...
Person at the money window was not friendly but not unfriendly. The crew person at the second window was pleasant but not overly. The food was okay. They slightly skimped on the whipped cream for my shamrock shake. It's fast food.
I’m still in the drive thru and just feel compelled to say the people working here are so nice! Keep up the good work, people need more positivity in their lives and the people working today are providing that.
This location is never consistent with service. One day, everything is going great, and the next trip is a total train wreck. On this particular trip, I waited at the box for my order to be taken. No response for me to hold on, just the automated response. A car pulls up to the other box, and they take their order. I left and went to Burger King.My order has been wrong on numerous occasions here. I got home and had to come back. This is not a trip around the corner. My worst experience at this location was when I watched a lady in front of me return her food because it was wrong. I pull up to the window, and they give me the same order she returned in the window. I opened my bag, and the wrapper was open on one burger, and the other was out of the wrapper. (order was wrong for me also) I asked them why would you give me some food that has already entered in someone else's car. They tried to deny it, but the proof was in the bag. I showed them where my order had been open already and how I watched her hand them that bag back. Needless to say, it wasn't a good experience for them.
McDonald's was great. It was open after the snow came. First time using kiosk but made it through.
Super friendly and courteous service. Stopped in for some breakfast while out with the family. Placed order via the app and picked up the order inside a few minutes later. Food was cooked properly, order was accurate the first time, and the food was hot and ready quickly, with no unnecessary wait time, which was pretty impressive considering the log study line of customers coming through via the drive-thru as well as customers coming inside the restaurant.Restaurant was busy and had a line in the drive thru, but they were getting customers through at a very steady pace.Loved that there was parking spots for travellers with plenty of spots for RVs, trucks with campers, vehicles towing trailers, or even buses. It was even relatively easy to get in and out even while hauling a trailer, considering how close it was to interstate / highway.
It was nice that this restaurant was open for take out as well drive thru since we needed to use the rest room. We stopped for an ice cream break. We needed a sweet break on our drive down to South Carolina. Needless to say, we enjoyed our Mc Flurries and smoothies. Appreciate the hard work the workers were doing. There was constant customers.
After my third visit I realized once you pass that pay window in the drive thru good customer service is over. Next window just grab your big and go because they're in rush even if there only 2 cars. The food is usually good and hot.
Showed up a few minutes past breakfast and this mcdonalds kept a smile on fullblownns face. Thank you for making us happy today 10:42am on Tuesday Nov 23rdPS, everything was clean inside and the hashbrowns were just as we love them crunchy
It's difficult to rate fast food places with the many changes over the last 18 months. This McDonald's has drive thru and grab and go. There is no eat in presently. Service was fast and correct. If you want ketchup make sure to ask.
