Order unsweetened tea was handed my drink tasted it was sweet told them it was sweet. Was told it came from the unsweetened tea container. Told them well this has suger. Then the guy repeated no it came from the unsweetened container. And wouldn't do anything nor even look at me.
I’m so glad I take my pickles off my burgers because soon as I look at the meat I see this white hair in between the two Patties and in the cheese. Idk if this is someone’s hair or an animals hair but I don’t own any animals this is absolutely disgusting. I called them twice and both times they hung up on me.
This mcdonalds is horrible I order some food and they gave me everything wrong I asked for 4 large drinks they gave me 2 small drinks I will never order her again and the customer service was horrible. The employees were so Rude my sandwich was cold and pink the only part that wasn't was the edges. When I tried to call they kept forwarding it over/ declining my call. I would never order here again this experience was the worst. My fries were old, and the drinks were even wrong it was fantastic instead of sprite. I would never recommend this McDonald's to anybody. They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them.
Asked for a receipt and drive thru said "no "Asked for 2 different employees for the manager and they ignored request. Finally got a receipt it was for correct amount but totally different items.....and the manager said what does it matter as long as the amount is right. The late night crew is terrible
I initially gave them five stars for the customer service but food is not paper, so I am taking those stars away. Our burger literally had paper in between it was cooked like that and it was raw in the middle. We went back to the store and they fix the sandwich and it was super sloppy the second time around. Never eating at this location again they lost our business.
To begin, I want to establish the fact that I love the taste of McDonald's. I've seldom been disappointed with the food. Now my review: I visited this McDonald's today for lunch and ordered 2 McCracken sandwiches and 1 McDouble sandwich in the drive thru. I was told to pull ahead and they would bring it out to me. I ended up waiting around 15 minutes until I finally had to leave to return to work. I never received my order that I paid for and that was enough to get my blood boiling, because after all, how long does it take to prepare 3 sandwiches! Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with how this McDonald's represents the company and how they're supposed to operate.
Dishonest business practices all day long. When you order in the drive thru they assume you upgraded to a large size and you don't find out about it until you are at the window paying. Of course they can't do anything about it then. If you order a meal and don't want the drink they ring everything up as an individual item instead of a meal, again billing you for more without telling you. The manager Crystal just laughed at the complaint. We are not talking about much, just 50 cents or a dollar but the principle stands. They will cheat you and after they will try to make you feel like somehow it is your fault.Avoid the place, there are plenty of others in the area.
Cant never get orders right and always use old fries n keep heated it should be fresh fries all the time best thing there ... Old burgers been used cold nuggets have been used for orders ... Its never should be a rush when making families food it was will always come out right if ur trained proper
Food was cold and why is tea an upgrade in cost. Even when you are getting a meal. Also, they kept giving me sweet tea when I asked for unsweetened tea. I repeated it to them 4 times. The size of the meat keeps getting smaller, when you compare it to the bun. The price keeps going up too.
Came here with my son for some lunch and to play a little Pokémon Go. It was a little busy and there was people filling up the lobby. A man by the name of Brett was taking care of everyone coming in. He was very polite and had incredible customer service to everyone including myself and my son.
