the one on Owen dr in Fayetteville should be called slow and no foods. i go at least 2 times a week to pick up a cup of coffee for a friend.. 7suall6 aroud 10 to 1030 at night. was just told at 1040 they dont serve coffee this late. when i told her I get it twice a week here at this time she told me I didnt. lol. it clearly says all beverages are sold a 24 hour Mcdonalds at all hours unless out. hmm said she was there every night and dont sale it.
Just left there not even 5 minutes ago and my food is horrible. My fiance ordered a fish sandwich meal and I got the 2 cheeseburger meal along with 2 apple pies. You can tell the food is sitting under a heat lamp. The fries was not hot and we all know that's the best way to eat them [in my opinion]. The fish was not hot. The apple pie was hot, but was dried out from sitting. The best thing about my meal was the drinks and the customer service.
I have been waiting in line over 15 minutes people are cutting line and it is just bad sad the doors are closed this is just really ridiculous
I never have a problem when I come to this McDonald's. But this morning, the lady who was taking my order was so rude and acted like she could care less about her job or any of the customers. When I reached the front to receive my food, there was another lady there. She did not say anything to me, just gave me a dirty look and went about her business being rude to other customers. The only person that made this experience better was the young man that took my payment for my food, he was respectful and kind he deserves some gratitude. Those ladies could learn a thing or two from him on how to be respectful to people.
I ordered a Spicy Deluxe Chicken meal and received a regular spicy chicken sandwich meal. No lettuce, no tomato and they forgot the drink. On the plus side, the sandwich was very good.
I was in town visiting and stopped here. There was only 3 cars ahead of me when I pulled in but I waited almost 20 mins before getting to order. Too bad I couldn’t get out of the line because I would have. I ordered sweet tea and they were out. I got a soda instead. Workers were busy talking amongst theirselves and not really greeting customers. Look for another location if you want McDonald’s
We received cold fries and by the time we got hot fries, our sandwiches were cold. The website wouldn't let me contact them with my complaint. It kept going back to the beginning once I selected a store. My food is usually fine.. The tea was good.2/25/2022. 10pm.10
I don't think I've had my order correct one single time here. They never get what sauce you want right (if it's there at all), never ask if you want ketchup, never repeat your order back to you .. this location needs help, bad
This McD's is always a little busy, but its busy because they get orders correct. Usually employee's are friendly and really fast, put it this way, this is the only mcdonalds I will go to... period. Masks are optional right now also.
Said open 24 hours, told us they're closed at 2:45. People in front of us were served, we were the cut off. Had sat in line for 20 minutes and because there's no way to leave the line we and the several cars behind us had to wait another 15 before we could even go home.I don't blame the employees or management, I blame the owners for intentionally keeping their store understaffed when they know they have high demand, even late at night. And don't say "nobody wants to work anymore". Nobody wants to work at 3am for $8/hr and no benefits.
