I don't understand how you mix tea and coke up and then tell me I ordered tea when I ask for coke?. Why do I have to show you a receipt that was done correctly for you to give me what I ordered. I'm pretty sure the young lady was high anyway, I don't have time to argue over a drink. No one wears a uniform there, everyone always looks so unkept. This is my last time patronizing McDonald's. I know how to cook so I'll do that from now on.
The team that works in the morning during the week is awesome, however the crew that worked today Sunday June 19th at approximately one o'clock in the afternoon was horrible the young lady (possibly Asian) who gave me my food was rude. She snatched sauces back from me that I didn't even ask for. The person who took my order didn't even ask if I wanted sauce with my nuggets or what kind of sauce I wanted and he also added something from the menu that I did not order & no one was in front of me. I told the young lady that the person who took my order may need training. She didn'tknow who I was I could have been a franchise owner shopping around. So it would be great if the people who worked on the weekend at this location were just as friendly, nice & efficient as the people who work during the week in the morning.
I attempted to order a Strawberry Large Milkshake. This store is franchised.Why the hell does this place not have a milkshake machine?"Out of Order" is not an valid excuse to be lazy.For deserts
The service was horrible got my order completely wrong not to mention that way almost 15 minutes for my order and I was on lunch so that only left me 15 minutes to eat my lunch I understand that they may be short-handed or staffed still it's supposed to be fast food nope McDonald's has never been fast food it's always been slow food and hope that your order is correct just horrible I don't even go there anymore
My husband stopped and got us a late lunch!!?Needless to say it was a super late lunch because my deluxe quarter pounder was disgusting looking with everything slopped together with heavy..And I mean .. heavy heavy mayo ??No bacon! ?I had to drive all the way back to get the right one!!These sandwiches are definitely different.
Must've been a good day! I don't usually buy the fries - they tend to be cold and, taste as though they'd been made a day or two before! This must be a day when I'd ordered the $6, 2-sandwich special!
Came in with my children around 645 order nuggets and fries. Now it's 7:04 still don't have my food. All the employees including the manager are loud and cussing. They don't care about the customers. They are throwing food. Complaining about everything refusing to do stuff. This is beyond ridiculous
Wouldn't let us order food through the drive thru while waiting for them to finish getting the order ready. Made us wait more too because they didn't even start the order. Terrible management and customer service.
Had a issue with the app so I went in to show them my order number. The woman at the Cash on 26/February 2022 register around 9am was very rude. Mid talking to her she walked off ignoring me when I was trying to show her the receipt she didn’t bother looking or reading it before accusing me to her co workers for trying to get a free meal. Then she comes back to take a closer look and see that I did pay. She then wanted to take my order at the register but at that point how she was acting I did not want to stay so I left and canceled the order in my vehicle and went to a different location. Iv have multiple bad experiences at this location and tried to give it one last try in hopes that maybe it was just miscommunication or a worker having a bad day.
No stars, I had to chose one in orders to post the breakfast crew is always on point but lunch and dinner has the worse crew working. First at the speaker he didn’t even get all of my order then drove to second window I see why bc they conversations are about everything else except what they are supposed to be doing. I know this bc the window stayed open while the guy at the window talked and goofed around. I told them I will pay for the things that wasn’t rung up they wanted me to dive back around and sit in that long line again. I told him I wasn’t doing that. They dining room is never open. I understand COVID restrictions but now it’s time to open them doors they are the only ones not open in the inside. A girl is in there braids hanging down her back no hat on or hair net. Another thing I hate is when rhe person at the speaker asks me will that be all over and over that lunch crew and night crew are terrible. Which means management is no good bc they allow them to do what ever they want in there. My advice is to fire all of em and hire new crew. Also my nuggets were old, very old. I saw black specs from where the nuggets have been sitting in the pan. Horrible service. Service should be on point if you are only utilizing drive thru and one lane.
