We went here around 9:30 pm to get ice cream and they were closed. Sign said open til 12:00, drove up to the window. Lady was very rude. We ask why are you closed. She said we just decided to close early. We said sign said your open til 12. Lady said look I can't help you, we're closed. How rude. Hope manenger does something to discipline these sorry employees.
I ordered iced coffee with mocha, it’s not on the menu but they make it happily for me. Very friendly staff and service top notch . I travel all over for work so I visit a lot of places and I will stop every time at this location.
Nothing ever works. First it was ice cream and now the frappe machine never works. We have been the past 3 Wednesday’s in a row and every time we ordered the frappe someone comes out to say “it just broke” what a coincidence. We have gotten raw burgers, the fries are always cold. Someone needs to go in and really redo everything about this store. We go to the one on Legion Rd and never have a problem. Not to say they do not have issues but we have never encountered any.
I came in at 9:30pm on May 15th to get food as I am a truck driver and had been waiting on a load from Smithfield down the road (over 14 hours) and hadn’t eaten anything all day. This location closes at 11 and they had already closed the dining room but had the drive thru open. So I walked up to the door and noticed it was locked, and a gentleman (I unfortunately didn’t get his name) let me in after I explained to him I drive a semi and definitely wasn’t getting it through the drive thru. He asked the manager if it was cool for me to come in and they said yes. Everyone working on that shift was very. Great costumer service and customer care. I never thought I’d ever say that about a McDonalds but these guys crushed it. Thank you guys again
The french fries were cold and hard. They appeared to be old. The children's chicken nuggets were cold also. I didn't want to risk anyone getting sick so we had to throw the food away. We were traveling and I had to drive with two hungry children until we located another restaurant.
Waited in line for 15 minutes which was fine I completely understood they were busy. We ordered no onions on 2 of the burgers even said so on the burger and we got a clumped up mess of onions on both. Frys were extremely cold and instead of sweet tea they gave me cold coffee in a tea cup. Last time I'll ever come here.
This is the closest one to our house. I have giving them multiple opportunities now. It is constant. They always mess out food orders. How hard is it to check that the entire order is correct before passing it to the customer? Usually I go drive thru and I check my food at the window. They get mad, but I always have to give the bag back and ask for my missing items. Yesterday we did the curbside pickup, but it was the same. Except now I had to go inside to get my order fixed! Food was good, which why the two stars, otherwise, 1.
This place serves very good fresh tasting food. However, the power of the brand is going to hell in a basket. The wait time to get your food is ridiculous. The lobby is always closed and the drive thru is over-packed!!! I’ve sat and watched numerous folks go to the door and it’s always locked. As I stated, the food is good but not good enough to go through the hassle of waiting 20 or more minutes to even get to place your order!!! This review is not just a one day review…I am a local and you can expect to see the same…day in & out.

Horrible time in drive thru and then you are asked to pull and we waited 20 minutes then the fries were cold the burger was luke warm and one order was messed up. The employee at the window was very nice. In grays creek not many choices for food if you want a burger only place unless you drive to Hopemills. Grays creek needs more food choices for the area
