Yalllllllll I know things happen but dang it. I was sitting down and enjoying lunch at McAlister's Deli on Murchison Rd. before my next event at FSU and I’m sick to my stomach. I always get the Veggie and Broccoli Cheddar Soup. I just so happen to look down because my sandwich fell apart and this roach came from outta my sandwich. I immediately spit out what was in my mouth! I’m speechless, of course they offered me a refund and more food…….my first thought more food…. I don’t want anything else out of your kitchen. I should have made a video because it was still moving??? 
Delicious. Got the horseradish roast beef and cheddar, my wife got Justaspud and added chili and cheese. Highly recommended.
By far one of my best experiences. The one that I usually go to on Skibo was out of my sherry shallot dressing so I decided to give this location a try. This will absolutely become my new location. Only downside is they don't deliver, but you can not beat the amazing customer service. Food was amazing. I ordered the savannah chopped salad. Thank you to all of the ladies that were working today. From the front counter to the kitchen staff everyone was amazingly pleasant.
Stop playing....this is the best deli I have ever been too! We ordered the sweet Chipotle chicken club, Angus, crunchy jalapeno with avocado, spicy brown mustard with a pickle, and the McAlisters wrap. This place hands down has the best sandwiches I've had in NC. You get what you pay for so you must be willing to do so. The sandwiches have fresh produce and packed with deli meat for days. My crunchy jalapeño had sweet bread with a hot twist combination. The nachos are even awesome! Keep doing what your doing McAlister's! This family will definitely be back. Enjoy everyone!!
My favorite lunch spot. Healthy food and even some treats. Gotta try the brownie... But the food is so good, and you get a lot for the money.
While not a true Deli as much as it is fast food, it is definitely different from the typical burger place.
Every time I come to this establishment I'm greeted with a smile and great energy! Oh and the food is great too!
The food is very good but since the only time I might eat there is at lunch time, I likely will not be. Called at around 11:30 to place an order for pick up and was informed that they would not be taking orders until after 2:00. ?????. Since I only get a 30 minute lunch, I don't have time to go, make an order, and wait on it. They just lost my business and all the business from the people I work with.
The service is going down. You can't chat with your friends at the register for an extended amount of time, put their orders before everyone else and not expect a low rating. Ill take my business to the the on Skibo Road from now on.
My sandwich was the bomb very fulfilling and the macaroni and cheese was also surprisingly good. The tea&lemonade was AWESOME2&big!...... A little on the pricey though.
