I just learned that this Marcos has a new owner and all new management. The bad reviews are from the people who owned them before.I will definitely go back.
Have ordered there a few times from the app, food is always ready when I arrive and their loyalty program gives you great coupons and deals weekly.
I was the only customer in the restaurant. I was surprised there were no cars in the parking lot and no one in the actual restaurant. There were four or five employees.The food was okay, the wings weren't quite ready when we got there, even though we ordered ahead. The person who rang me up was nice.
I walked in to pick up my pizza and noticed that the man who was making the pizza had on no gloves… which is very unexceptional in this day and age with everything else going on. I called back to report it to the manager Terryn and she said he doesn’t have to wear gloves because they use 500 degrees ovens… oh on so go there if you want unsanitary food and service…
Best pizza in town, they got a delivery driver, I think George or Jorge was his name, what a great person, my dog even loved him and my dog hates everyone. Let me reiterate best pizza in town.
Everyone was polite welcoming me into the establishment made me feel like me and my pizza was important I was absolutely impressed thank you Marco pizza employees ☺️
I just came from the Mcpherson location and the Manager who also cooks the pizza, kept sneezing all over the place, didn't cover his mouth, neither him or any of the staff was wearing a mask. The Manager who was sneezing continously, grabs a paper towel but, never washed his hands. I was literally scared to eat there. BEWARE!!
The food was delicious. I order a large pizza with pepperoni. The staff was very friendly. However, only one staff was wearing a mask. No one else had a mask on.
I have never been so upset about my order and to receive nothing but insults from your so called "Manager". Where do they get the training from. I can not believe that Marcos pays James to be the "Manager"! I will never ever spent any of my hard earned money with Marcos after James made the most unbelievable remarks to me tonight. What kind of training do you provide your "Managers" with? If this is what you do to customers when they have a problem, I will keep my money and tell others to do the same. I filled out the survey and will not give another dime of my money to Marcos. And cheesebread is not free nor will it fix the problem!Sincerely Submitted,NO LONGER A CUSTOMER
Will never go here again. Poor customer service, burnt cold food and cost to much to deal with this. Spend your money somewhere else! Just not here!
