When you first walk in you have to get a menu so you can order when you get to the front of the line. You also pay at that time. The place can be very packed on the inside and even the outside seating is very limited which is part of the reason why I took away 1 star but the food and my toffee nut ice latte was delicious. They yelled out my drink so I could go get it but My husband ordered the unlimited coffee and since this was our first time coming here we didn't realize he was just suppose to go make it on his own after we paid and ordered.. so yeah..No greeting upon entry but the hostess was nice, the wait wasn't too long, price and portion size was decent, and the food is delicious! The chicken was cooked and seasoned to perfection.Would def recommend and would definitely return.
It was super busy but the service was pretty quick. The food was delicious! The biscuits & gravy are definitely worth trying! Coffee was really good too!
Staff is friendly. It was my first time, and was not sure what to order. When I asked for help, the teenager at the register was not sure how to explain the menu. I ended up ordering a biscuit with gravy and a sausage patty. What I received was a dried up biscuits that would not soften at all, not even when smothered with the gravy. The sausage patty was a bit larger than a quarter. For $13, I would rather go to the Waffle House. The Rainbow Restaurant has a much better breakfast!
FIRST TIME here and it was a yummy experience. Staff is super friendly. 100.0 sanitation score. If you are in the mood for a good biscuit then this is the place to be. I will definitely be coming back in the future and bringing family and friends. This month's question is "what is the newest song in your playlist?" So they will call your order by your response! That's fun!!
The establishment is new has a cafeteria set up you sit where you want and order at the register, I ordered waffles they don't offer many options as it pertains to healthier options gluten free, vegan ect so reason why I giving 3 stars typical American eatery. The waffles were good and price was okay.
Came here for brunch on Saturday 5/26 and was greeted very kindly by cashier. Explained to us everything about the menu, took our order and asked for my sis in law favorite fictional character for the order name: VERY UNIQUE! I went ahead and order the "chicken and waffles". Can't remember the actual name but it was DELICIOUS!! If we ever come back, this will be definitely a come back to place for sure!
Always love coming here. Only thing I don't like is the anxiety of standing in line and thinking there's no where to sit bc it gets so busy!! But usually am able to find a table ? ? everything I've gotten on the menu is good. Would reccomend for a brunch date
Food was decent. But if you like to get what you pay for, this isn’t the place. Paid $50 for “snacks”. Even my 3 Y/O was still hungry after we left. Also, pretty sure they water down their hotsauce. Kinda odd.
My Husband & I went here for the first time last month. Food was great, prices were pretty good, service was pretty good. Took about 15 minutes to get our food but it was worth it. Loved having breakfast on the outdoor patio. I got the Potatoes with all the fixing & eggs(can’t remember the name). My husband got Biscuits & Gravy. Will definitely be back
Go now! Been here twice so far and will definitely be coming back. Despite it being a popular spot and usually busy, they have fast service and good food. The manager is always super nice and welcoming, not one of those that just dictates. He actually cares and his customers and their experiences. Their biscuits and waffles are super soft and delicious. I tried the three layer cake and it was AWESOME!!
