Went on a Friday night so was expecting wait times to be long...My waitress her name was Tonya, she had our drinks filled always and had the appetizer out in a timely manner. Our steaks did take a bit, but it's Friday. My came out perfect, however they got my sides wrong, no biggie, Tonya fixed it!! My fiances steak came out under cooked, but he ate it anyway. When it was time to pay for the meal, it took forever... Will definitely be back again.
My 1st experience here was great! We went right around the time they was opening for the day and on a week day. Service was great and steak was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. On our second visit we waited awhile for our food. The waiter came back around to ask us to repeat our order. Not sure of something went wrong and it was never placed. Or the cooks was behind. The food this time was just okay. I actually liked the wings more than the steak. My steak had no flavor for some reason. Not sure if we will return but if we do. We will make sure it's when they 1st open for the day during the week.
Did not live up to the hype. Lacking flavor for the steak. Side was tiny and the salad was best part of the meal.
Hi everyone. I give it a four because the franchise is still new to Fayetteville and still need to get used to the volume of guest The location is great and will always have a flow of customers. I recommend that you call 30 minutes so your not waiting too long.we were a party of 2 on Saturday at 630pm but did not get seated till 8:07pm. We were able to get our menus at the time we waited so when we got seated, we order 4 drinks(they were busy and wasn't sure if we'll get the refills), the shrimp & lobster chowder, the salmon, and steak. I recommend to try the chowder while your waiting for the main dishes to come out. The food was delicious.
A great time last night was had by all. Typical payday crowd, so there was a 25 minute wait to get a table. After we were seated, Daylyshja was fantastic as our server. Our steaks were cooked to order. Very happy with the whole experience at Longhorn. Will be back
This was my first time at a Longhorn Steakhouse. My boyfriend told me that there isn’t a big hype about this place as he has eaten here before. Since it is new to Fayetteville, I was excited to try this place. The service wasn’t good at all. We went there around 10pm so it wasn’t packed at all and got very minimal service. The waitress only spoke to my boyfriend and she barely looked at me. She didn’t even bring us out complimentary rolls. My boyfriend had to ask for some after she brought out some rolls to another table that arrived after us. She checked on us once while we saw another server check on another table three times making sure that everything was ok. Once again saying that the restaurant wasn’t even busy. I ordered the steak and shrimp and I ordered medium and it was close to medium well. The shrimp was overcooked, the asparagus, rice and sweet potato were good. My boyfriend wanted the lobster and they ran out of that so he ordered a baked potato, brussels sprout and filet mignon. The only thing he said that tasted good was the baked potato. Honestly nothing to brag about. My boyfriend can cook much better than my experience here. Not somewhere I am rushing to return to.
My 1st time at the Longhorn Steakhouse. Very good. Friendly service. Sunday's are very busy. I had an hour wait, but it was worth it. I had the Outlaw Ribeye with mac and cheese and a salad. I ate the salad before I took the picture. I was hungry.
Great food but our first experience here is horrible. Out of respect I will not spell K’s first name out. She was not very attentive. We were not offer any refills until the food was almost gone. No plates were ever brought out for our shared appetizer. I order a side of fries but was never told they were out until I asked about it. The server had the nerve to ask if I wanted any other side as if I wasn’t paying for it to begin with. Read the other reviews here. The service here truly is slow.
This is a new establishment, the place is nice on the inside and looks to be well cleaned. The place gets crowded and that leaves you to be served a bit longer. I tried the wings as the appetizer and it was heavily seasoned too much, the main dinner took awhile to get to us. But again this place gets packed and takes awhile for you to get served, the waitresses did forget to give us silverware and napkins at the beginning and we had to ask for them as a reminder. The price of the food is alittle high, but it was a place I had to check out and see for my self how it is. I would go back only for a special occasions, but would rather go to Texas roadhouse instead. For the price I paid for my steak I could have picked the kind I wanted from Texas roadhouse for the same price.
The wait time was expected. Good vibes, food was great. Very clean restroom. Staff was awesome. Sorry I started to eat then I realized I haven't taken a picture yet. Stuff mushrooms was awesome and my steak was cooked just the way I like it. The shrimp was banging too. Will return.
