Love taking my kids inside the store to see the donuts being made, as we wait for our order.
I really wish we had another Krispy Kreme option aside from Bragg Blvd location in the Fayetteville/Hope Mills area…. They’re always broken down or out of something basic like plain glazed donuts. Second time in a row I’ve had an issue. Their customer service isn’t really great either. Bad attitudes all around. I think higher management may need to step in and do some conflict resolution training and how to move on from one complaining customer to a smiling customer. Also…. The ceiling is collapsing in the dinning room/cash register area… the owner really needs to invest some money into updating and repairing things. As busy as it always is, there should be enough to do necessary upkeep.
I always love Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. The light was on and I purchased three boxes of doughnuts. Two were regular glazed and one was a variety box. The best doughnuts in the world are Krispy Kreme...Amen.
Warm tasty donuts ?. I always enjoy when I’m in town.
Delicious donuts (of course). The drive thru line and the line inside were crazy long; no one got upset because this staff is AMAZING!!! They work together seamlessly which rolls over into how they treat their clients. Everyone is treated with a smile and a hello. Best Krispy Kreme I have ever been to.
Love the deal. On Wednesday get a Dozen for the price of a Gallon of gas ⛽️ ?. They were hit & delicious ?
I have to say I was very pleased how quickly I was able to get my order and go. When I arrived there was a line inside and in the drive through. That however did not slow them down. Fast professional service, I give them an A+
Drove 30 minutes across town at 11:30 at night, just to be turned around. The drive thru was not only shut down but the lobby was locked! A worker stated they were closed until 4 pm due to short staff. But their sign says open 24 hours! Bad customer service! I am very disappointed at KK.
I have been hearing about this place for a while just finally got a chance to patronize their product. I was NOT disappointed!! Those donuts were delicious ?. The dough, texture and fillings were perfect! I bought six and only two reached home ?. Krispy Kreme donuts gets a Slam Dunk!!!
The donuts are fantastic & fresh. Facility is clean inside and for the most part the staff is friendly, BUT the older cashier is short w/customers & seems like she got up on the wrong side of the bed. Not a good presentation at the work place.
