Poooooooorrrrrr costumer service when I entered it took almost 30 minutes for anyone there to acknowledge me they just kept walking by and I was there picking up doordash staff walking around with attitudes on their face definitely not excepting orders from there again messing with my money no thank you
The last few time we have gone to KFC there has been a major problem with our food purchase. The coleslaw container is half full as is the mash potatoes and gravy. The mash potatoes are also runny. This last order was missing one of the sides: even after having to correct the order at least 3 times.
Cordial staff fast service great food but they left out my mash potatoes and gravy. I should have checked my order like I usually do. My loss for rushing.
Drive-thru is slow. They’re short staffed.KFC start paying your employees $20.00 hour or more. With bonus.
Waited a hour in line and still was not able to get service. I am not sure what the problem was but it definitely was not a lot of movement going on in the building.
The chicken wings had been refried so many times the batter wouldn't stick to the wings....pure garbage.
Employee lied and did not put honey mustard or barbecue for customer. I would like to talk to manager to fix this situation. I will rate higher if this won't happen again.
Chicken was delicious and fried apple pie was delicious. Manger was wonderful give us cookies because they didn't have biscuits. Sad no biscuits love your biscuits
Mrs. Adelle is the bomb!! I came in with a huge order for my coworkers and she was just as pleasant and helpful as can be. She made sure everything was 100% correct before I left to go back to work. She is very valuable to the KFC company. I really do appreciate her kindness.
Did not have certain items available that were ordered and left some items out of the bag. (it was very busy) The manager was very apologetic and turned lemons into lemonade. Went above and beyond to correct the issue. It's about the service for me!
