I love KFC! This location seems either slow or busy, rarely in between. Their food is awesome and I love their customer service. Yes, here and there my order is wrong. But I've just gotten in the habit of walking in for my order and double checking before leaving. If there's a mistake, they're nice and quickly correct it. I don't see it as much effort on my end and I'm pleased with their good attitudes despite being busy and or making a mistake. Many many other places will have a very bad attitude and take it out on customers. I've never seen that once there and that wins my loyalty. Thank you!!!!?
Terrible attitude from the little girl that works the window intentionally left food out of my order because I questioned her about not having something then couldn't get thru on the phone afterwards I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Never will I be going back to this location. Customer service is horrible and rude. Got a 8pc meal and they tried to mix my potatoes and gravy together as side when they’ve never done that before so when I ask for it separately I watch the lady get it without gloves on. Well that’s 25 bucks just wasted, food wasn’t even hot.
Ordered hot wings , smallest pieces I've ever seen from a chicken and very very dried up. This is what you get for your money.
The manager was very very rude to me I went in to get my grub hub order she tells me WE ARE CLOSED MAM OR SIR THEN SHE YELLS AT HER EMPLOYEES SAYING WHO LEFT MY DOOR. OPEN WHO LEFT MY FRONT DOOR OPEN THEN TELLS ME I HAVE TO GO THEW THE DRIVE THEW WERE CLOSED.. I was livid and then we finally go thew the drive thew and we waited about 20 more mins then she proceeded to tell us to pull up off the drive thru timer and SAID " ITS JUST A PICK UP ORDER" I APPOGIZED TO THE STAFF AND ASKED WHAT HER NAME WAS IT WAS MRS. BETH SHE TOLD ME WELL BETH YOU NEED TO GET YOUR GHETTO SELF OUT OF KFC SPEAKING TO PEOPLE IN THAT MANNER IM STILL LIVID ABOUT THE SITUATION A MESS FOR SOME CHICKEN TENERS AND CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH FRYS...
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU ARE USING UBER EATS. They gave the driver a hard time and were not going to let him in to pick up my order. The order was sealed and was missing 3/4 of the items I ordered and paid for. I tried calling to speak to a manager to find out WHY they were uncooperative with a service they have decided to partner with. Someone picked up and promptly hung up without saying a word. I called back, they hung up again. Add to this, I ordered Uber eats from them before and didn't get 2 of the 4 drinks I paid for. Never again.
Hot ,fresh and accurate order. Great customer service. You can't say that much these days about any drive through these days
I order 3 pcs white, which I got 2 breast and 1 wing. My side was Cole slaw with sweet tea. The tea wasn't sweet. I ate the wing it was ok, the Cole slaw tasted old. Didn't finish it. Then by time I ate the breast I felt sick. So trash it went. Never again
