I waited for a long time after I walked in to be seated but after that everything else was good. I ordered stuffed flounder, not sure if it was flounder or maybe it was tilapia? It was sorta salty but I ate it anyway. Also I had the cranberry crush cocktail and it was delicious. My waitress was very attentive. I dined outside, the weather was nice.
We were in town om a get away, we stumbled across Joe's and the food and service was awesome!! The bartender was just training in her sister and they both did a great job and had great personalities and also made great suggestions on menu selections. The manager was super nice and helpful too.
we went here last year 3 adults and 1 child our crab legs where cold and tough, our food except the drinks tasted like it had been warmed up in the microwave, the only person that was nice to us was our waitress, and when we asked for a discount they told us no and walked away, I called and emailed customer service, still till this day no one has contacted me, and this was our first experience with this business.
When we walked in the door, the staff sat us down in a place with badly flickering, dimmed lights; when we asked the staff to rectify the situation, they turned the lights off altogether. We had to use our phone lights to read the menu. We ordered an appetizer, which came out after 15 minutes. 45 minutes after we ordered our main dishes, our waitress informed us that they only had one cook in the back: the manager. We couldn’t talk to the manager about the light situation, and our food was nowhere to be seen after 75 minutes, so we paid for the appetizer and left. Call in your order ahead… if you dare
Absolutely disgusting food. The meals were dry and bland. The shrimp were as dry as hot sand. The service was terrible. There were barely any customers in the restaurant and the waitress barely acknowledged our table. We all got different lemonade drinks and the prices for refills are different on all drinks. One was .99 the other two were $3 and $4. For anyone trying to go to Joe’s Crab Shack. Don’t go it’s a waste of money. That’s a hundred dollars wasted on a birthday dinner.
This waa my first time coming to this location and it was so good. I got the steam pot and the Watermelon Sangria. The restaurant was nice and clean. had great music playing. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely will be going back
If you love hearing Staff fighting/yelling during your dinner Joe's is the place for you. I will not be back.
My small child and I just left Joes at 10 pm. No wait time and not a lot of people in the restaurant. This should have been my first sign because it is friday night. It took 15 minutes to order our drinks and the host was the one to notice our waitress was MIA. Took even longer to receive drinks. Our food wait was about an hour. Waitress seemed overwhelmed/forgetful. At least the food tasted good and order was correct. Before we left staff begin fighting/yelling at each other. This included my waitress in the beginning but then was two other female staff members. I asked for a manager because things seemed to be escalating and I feared for my and my childs safety. Another table near us kept saying where is a manager. We were all really concerned. I would have left if the waitress had not had my card. Manager finally came over and shut doors while staff were still yelling. Manager offered free app coupons to nearby tables I had already paid so I left and did not wait on the manager because staff were still yelling at each other while I was leaving. Traumatizing experience for my child and me. I will not be back.
During a Valentine weekend as expected, the eatery was packed, and the wait was an hour and a half. We then suggested ordering as a take out.The waitress seems as if she didn't want to be there, her tone was very agitated. During her addressing my date, she assumed that he was my husband..(may have been my brother, cousin, buisness partner etc). That could have been stated as easy as your guest. The food was good, but for the money, the portions were very unimpressive. Just some advice the weekend, especially a holiday, is busy, so if you don't want to work...don't... so that service is repeated
Got there at 3pm for a late lunch on a Saturday and had to wait 30-40 minutes even though the restaurant was pretty much empty. Our server was nice but very forgetful had to constantly remind her of things. And the food took an hour to get to our table. My six year old was so hungry when I asked the server if they could at least bring his food first she apologized and said they only had one cook that shift. Had I known I would of gone elsewhere. The food was bland and not worth the wait. First and last time coming here.
