Attitudes fly faster than the subs at this location. Guy taking my order was out of line with the way he spoke to me in front of my kids. Went somewhere else to order food and catering. Won't be back to this location. They have freaky fast attitudes.
04/16/22Posting the data so manager is able to see who is working this day.Dude on the register asking where I’m from, what language I speak. (I just wanted to place my order)I went grab my soda and there were no straws, so asked the girl inside if they had and she says only “no”. A good costumer service would say “I apologize for the inconvenience, but we are out”. Rude.I sat down and unwrapped my BLT and that was no lettuce so I asked them if they were out and they clearly had just forgotten to put some. Didn’t even apologize for that either.And as I’m eating, another costumer is telling them how sweet is the tea today. So they are fixing it now..Just a horrible team today!

Great service! ALWAYS so friendly! My family and I love their sandwiches. The fast service with a warm smile keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!
The guy with a half yellow afro at the register was so intimidating. Felt unwelcome and never makes me want to come back. My wife told me there was a guy like that at the store and maybe the same guy. So disappointing because I like JJ.
So I eat jimmy John’s several times a week and for some reason for the last months they cannot take a correct order to save their lives, I’ve had 5 sandwiches remade in the last two weeks which is quite ridiculous. On top of that I have been calling for well over an hour with no response, so a buddy of mine went up to the store to see if they just weren’t there.... but instead what he saw was the workers actively ignoring the ringing phone. Jimmy John’s at this location is a joke and needs new staff ASAP
Upon walking in, I'm blasted by heavy cursing and rap music not for for a family environment. Cashier in blue hood was rude, kept asking me "Is that all?" after each thing I ordered, which was 6 things, so she said it 6 times. Very annoying! Then the manager, who was playing the music from his phone, made a phone call and it aired over the speakers, so I guess using Bluetooth. Very unprofessional crew!
Cashier had a huge Dorito chip on his shoulder. Very unprofessional! Was rolling his eyes the whole time!
Not so freaky fast since they are apparently hurting for good employees. Service and sandwich have lessened in quality (just didn't taste as good... Wasn't made quite the same) compared to previous visits.
Customer service wa sc awful! Girl at the counter had the worse attitude. No one was wearing a mask! I wasn't asked what size sub I wanted? Both head coverings, talking over people sandwiches while making. Will Becerra return there!
