Today was the first day that I ever went into this JJ and was given a sandwich without a bag. I think it is ridiculous to walk out of a restaurant with food not in a bag. When I received my sandwich I asked for a bag and that this was the first time that I received my sandwich without a bag. The female was really nonchalant about it, made some facial expressions, and basically blew me off. She should not be dealing with customers if she doesn't know how to deal with them. Of course I spoke with the manager. I didn't even give much time for a response because it's so disappointing to go into these establishments and give people your money for less than great service. If you work in fast food you should be the best in working in fast food and customer service is a part of fast food.

Was at the Emergency Room and was very hungry. Stopped at Jimmy John’s for a sandwich because I really enjoyed them in the past. I sat in the car for approximately 30 minutes for my sandwich. There was no other customers in the restaurant other than my granddaughter. The staff did not have on their masks and the wait was long, also there was not the normal amount of meat and cheese in the sandwich, I was also charged for a pickle I did not receive.
Great sandwich shop. They make your order lightning fast and are always hospitable.
The food is very good and fresh just awesome.
This location is closed before the time it states. It is not professional and a inconvenience to customers who drive a distance to the location. No one should arrive 20 minutes before a place closes for them to just be trying to go home smh. Dont definitely must not like there jobs

I have to say this location of Jimmy John's has the best customer service. Each time I visit I am always greeted with a smile and freaky fast service. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. Great job
It was a very good Italian sub.. my order was ready in less than five minutes during lunch rush. I was in and out.
Used to be my favorite place to eat. Now just trash.
