They made the wrong sandwich on the wrong bread, completely the wrong order. When I called to see if they gave me the wrong order, the manager blamed me, and told me to bring the sandwich back (I live 15 min away, 45 min time wasted). I love jersey mikes but will never be back to this store.
The manager was very rude to an already irate customer. Then she used vulgarities after the gentleman left. The whole situation made me feel unsafe, and her handling of the situation was not what I'd expect from a manager.
I recently went to jersey mike to order my famous cheese steak sub and surprisingly it was made perfect by johnathan. I havent been to this place in about a year because the service was awful and the quality of the food was not what it use to be.Since moving back on this side of town I decided to take a chance .....Thank you Johnathan!!!!
Probably my favorite sandwich place in Fayetteville. It's a little expensive but I think the quality of the ingredients makes up for that, and it's a place I am often in the mood for.
I ordered 3 sandwiches asked for Italian herb cheese bread guy gave me Italian bread cause they didn't have anymore bread. Lady right behind me order asked for Italian herb and cheese and got it I then told him that was the bread I wanted he just gave me this silly look . Very disappointed not to mention the bread I got was OLD AND TUFF. I will not be going back to this one again.

I really love Jersey Mikes, but I don't think I'll be going back to the one on Raeford rd. Due to one of the employees attitude, I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but in that case don't bring your problems to work and take it out in the customers. I won't be back there. I ask one of the employee her name, which I'm not going to expose her out, but I will say thats bad business for Jersey Mike's on Raeford Rd.
If you want to eat fresh eat a cold sub my hot sub was so floppy and it was like there was no meat it was a real disgrace to the Jersey Mike's name and it didn't uphold the Jersey Mike quality that it should have had.
The food was really good I went on Wednesday afternoon and the guy cooked my food was soo rude, don’t get me wrong the food was amazing but he was so rude and yelling. He was a white young man he need to change his attitude or get fired if I’m being honest.
