They charge me for 3 cookies when I’ve gotten one. They messed up my sub awhile I was telling them what I wanted. I could of been allergic to tomatoes and I said “no tomatoes, no mayonnaise, add honey mustard” then they all did the opposite. They added what I said no to and they didn’t give me my honey mustard or put it on my sub. Place is clean and nice and subs are good but that’s my bad review
The food is as expected if you can get them to ANSWER THE PHONE! Worst jersey mikes location when it comes to placing a call in order hands down no question.
Always good food. Great service an staff. Subs are getting more expensive but so are costs.
Horrible customer service, they charge you extra for items that’s clearly listed on the menu that suppose to go up there. Made an complaint with their corporate, never heard back shows how much they care about their customers.

Ordered subs from the app. Were ready when we got there, staff was friendly, store clean. Subs were just as ordered, delicious.
Salad is usually good but on this occasion not so much. Staff was unpleasant and did not follow instructions.
As always im never let down with Jersey Mike's. Im at Ft Bragg and Jersey Mike's have multiple locations in Fayetteville, wish they would at least bring one to Lancaster Ohio
