Came here for the salad bar on 6/25/22. I haven't been inside in years because of covid. I didn't know you could only make 1 trip to the bar. You used to hand in your plate and get a clean plate. Needless to say, I made a small salad and was going back for some other items. I asked the girl working the bar how I could get another plate. She said I couldn't. She said it was 1 trip due to covid. I explained to her I didn't know and she said she didn't care. I asked to speak to the manager and she said there was no manager on duty. I went to the cashier and explained the situation and apologized about 5 times. She was very accommodating, told me it was no problem and handed me a new bowl. If that was the end of the story I would be giving 5 stars. I went to the bar to get the extra items and the girl working the bar proceeded to walk up to me and tell me off. She was so rude and it was so uncalled for. I was trying to mind my own business and she wouldn't leave me alone. Finally I told her I would speak to the manager and she said, I am the manager. All I wanted was a nice salad with my daughter. I guess at Jason's Deli that is too much to ask for. The situation upset me so much, I wouldn't go near the girl for fear she would tell me off again. I made my daughter fill my drink and get me an icecream cone. Why do you work here if you hate customers?
Walked in and was surprised at how large it was inside. Was greeted by the cashier immediately. She was very nice and answered my question. I ordered a chef salad to go. It was done in a few minutes.Only thing is I wish there were a bit more things in the salad. It was basic with a few olives tomatoes and lettuce.
This was my first time trying out Jason’s Deli on Freedom Parkway drive. I placed an online order for a chicken club salad. When I arrived there was no parking so I got into the drive thru lane. The gentleman that I was on the other end of the mic was short and not very friendly at all. He couldn’t find my order and told me to “pull up.” I was abruptly asked again my name at the window. And then handed a bag. My salad was not fresh. I’d give the quality a 3 and the value for the money a 2. Customer service…a 2. My salad was missing the avocado which is one of the main selling ingredients. My red bell pepper was limp and not fresh and crisp. The chicken was dry and I had literally 3 tiny pieces of bacon. I was completely spoiled by the Fried Turkey Shop’s salads that are much fresher and the portion size much larger for the same price. ?
We bought 4 meals me and my wife yesterday: soup for dinner and sandwiches today for lunch from the Fayetteville Jason’s Deli. I opened my sandwich up because it tasted fatty ( this was a corn beef sandwich). I called up there today to tell the manager the product they were giving to good paying customers who comes there twice a month, and buys 4 meals at a time .The manager didn’t care at all, he said you should have called yesterday, nothing I can do about it.I’ll find somewhere else to eat. This never happened to this extreme before. I understand some fat will be on cornbeef but not to this degree. Nevertheless I tossed it in the ? turned my stomach ?looks like raw bacon and it tastes raw. I tried to give them a chance, to redeem their self but didn’t work that way. It actually seemed to be my fault according to the manager I tried to address this matter with.
I have never been to Jason's, heard of them though and was recommended yo try. I don't know why I didnt try them before but I can say by my experience, I will love to keep coming back. This is not yet another sandwich place. Believe me.I tried their #4 Reuben the Great and OMG ? the pile is serious, the flavors from the bread to the cheese is so scrumptious ?. I also ordered their loaded bake potatoe and a strawberry cheesecake ? ??Go for it!Stop by, order anything and I guarantee you will love it.
I had an amazing experience here today. The guy who helped me, I believe his name was Rob was amazing. You literally would have thought I was at a 5 star restaurant. He was super friendly, very helpful with menu choice and attentive like a 5 star waiter and I don’t believe they have waiters here. The food was amazing, restaurant clean and atmosphere awesome. Best strawberry cheesecake I’ve had in Fayetteville. I 100% recommend and will be back ASAP!
I recently visited this location. Shea was very pleasant as she assisted me with placing my order and providing details about menu items! Her customer service was excellent and the food was great as well
Dined in today and my food was horrible !Ordered the kids Mac and Cheese and it was ice cold.Asked for fresh salad for the bar due to brown lettuce, she never replaced it just looked at me and didn’t never bothered to answer me!! Our broccoli cheese soup was OLD!!! It was brown looking with no broccoliTerrible experience !!!!
Chose 1/2 sandwich & salad bar. (It's a 1 time trip). They keep it clean. A little pricey, but food has always been good.
There potatoes are amazing…they have an ice cream machine and a full salad bar the service was great as well
