Sharing a review because I was visiting the city for a brief moment and love a great Jamaican restaurant. I love oxtails and did not enjoy my oxtails at this particular restaurant. I will say that I showed up closer to closing time and was provided with warm/room temp food. They also didn't have any cabbage and provided me with a healthy amount of oxtail to make up for it (much appreciated since I didn't want any thing else on the sides menu). I wasn't a fan of the flavoring on the oxtails. It was giving me a hint of bbq sauce vibes, and the mac and cheese was very basic. I am glad to have supported a black owned business, but this would not be my first choice to taste oxtails in Fayetteville. Maybe their other dishes are more pleasing.
I tried this place out for the first time and the wait time was over an hour even though I called and placed my order prior. Got 2 plates of jerk wings and fries... I could only eat 4 wings! it was absolutely horrible. The fries were soggy and the wings were extremely sauce!! It was as if they put some type of sauce all over the wings. This was not authentic jerk wings ? mi dun betta. This was a huge disappointment and 34 dollars down the drain..
Great customer service, love the food karaoke was everything and the after party lit lit
This is by far one of the best Jamaican restaurants in Fayetteville. Unfortunately, when it comes to customer service they are one of the worst. I literally sat in an empty lobby for 20 min yelling hello to the workers in the back so someone could take my order. I then left and went back and hour later but before even going back I called 6 times and no one answers the phone once I went back a girl come out the back and stares at me like I’m in the wrong establishment doesn’t greet me or ask me to give her a minute as she hops on the store phone and takes the incoming call.

Excellent food and customer service. I’ve rated before at a 3 BUT I am pleased with the quality and quantity of food. I wish I could somehow add my pics. I got a medium oxtails with rice and beans cabbage and plantains and side of jerk wings and two beef patties. It was more than enough for me. Made two servings out of all of it. Great atmosphere especially if you like to play pool.
Food was bland was not tasteful at all I highly do not recommend
I'm posting while I'm here. My family brought me here because I am visiting from out of town. The 2 appetizers I ordered I found out 15 minutes later, that they were out. Tried to order 2 more they didn't have that either. Ordered a drink and found out the drink I wanted they were out of the mixture to make it. I just hope my curry goat is worth it whenever it comes.
I tried multiple spots for oxtail. They are the most expensive for less meat. It’s flavorful , but you only receive four flat pieces (and that’s a medium) for over $20.00 and lots of rice. That’s ridiculous. I would not discourage...but I would not suggest either. I found more reasonable in Fayetteville just as flavorful.
