Showed up. Got seated and drinks by a server about to go off shift and essentially forgotten. Waited 20 minutes until I went up to ask. Reminded that we existed but apparently everyone was too busy to get our order. After a few minutes of waiting decided to walk out after no service.... now I remember why it's been 2 yrs since my last experience eating there.
Truthfully, overpriced for the quantity and quality of food. Got the Hooters Original Buffalo Platter. Shrimp were so small, I thought they were popcorn shrimp. Boneless wings were also surprising miniatures. The regular wings, not much flavor. Fried pickles tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Was worried about the chicken sandwich being fully cooked. It was a tuff bird.And a couple overpriced beers. Not on my list for a return trip.
Olivia was so sweet, and for that I will say she DEFINITELY deserves a raise plus more. She provided excellent service— and her attitude made everything 10x better. I will continue to support Fayettevilles Hooters as long as she is working there. Thank you Olivia for one of the best nights ever, that started off a horrible day.
Ordered Fish and Chips. No fries… No Tartar sauce, no malt vinegar….
Wait times for seating or service can be longer than expected. Food quality and service has taken a nose dive recently too. Despite the attractive waitresses, you are better off going somewhere else for your food needs.
I have given this restaurant my last chance. I always order To Go and I always have something missing from my order. Today I checked my bag before I left and I was missing my 5 piece tenders. I let the staff know and the manager comes to fix the problem. Unfortunately, I was not given an apology and barely felt like my business was important to him. I will not be coming back to a restaurant that cannot get an online order correct or provide good customer service.
The waitresses are cute but are slow and they must think that a salad is finger food. They have to be told to bring utensils to eat. The only time you see your waitresses is to take your order and to get her tip. The rest of the time they stay in a room in the back.
I always forget how mediocre Hooters has become.My server was friendly and helpful, making sure my allergies were avoided. The chicken tenders were underwhelming.
I believe the manager working at 11 PM on January 8th was very rude towards her employees that I had a hard time finishing my food. She also is selfish for wearing a hoodie and pants while her other girls had to freeze to the point that they were shaking.
Service was horrible. Waitresses kept standing at the same tables talking to people. Our waitress came to our table and saw our drinks empty and didn’t offer to refill them we had to ask for refills. The foodTook forever to get and as soon as gave it toUs ask how the food was. Really? Got ignored all night! Even saw a customer walk in and they looked at her and left her standing there for a few! Worst ever!!
