Our experience was awesome went in on a week day around 6p.m we were first timer and I will definitely be back the food was awesome and affordable and our waitress Leona was amazing definitely made the experience so much more enjoyable by being knowledgeable of the menu and making sure we were satisfied. 10/10 recommend
The food was amazing and our server Bria was the absolute best! She was very friendly from the beginning to the end!! This was my Mom’s first time and the experience was nothing less than wonderful!!!
Summer is the best waiter you could ever have. She’s polite, timely, and courteous. Not only was the food good, but service was fast and right. Make sure Red is cooking your food.
Came here for a birthday celebration and doubt we would go back. The food was good, don't get me wrong, but the service was lacking. Given the amount of money we dropped, one would expect a more attentive server. Our daughter ordered a lemonade but he brought water. No big deal and we didn't say anything. But we were charged for the lemonade. He brought out food and drinks and nothing else. A beer was served in a cracked glass which could have been very dangerous We add to ask for utensils and butter, standard things that come with a steam pot. We never received any plates and far too few napkins for the three of us. The indifferent and lacking service certainly put a damper on an otherwise tasty meal.
My husband and I come to hook and reel at least once a month. But this last time was phenomenal. Great service and got to try someting different. The steamed oysters are to die for! Zykia was not only extremely helpful, but her service was fast and efficient. Will be returning, ask for Zykia! :))

We were sat quickly and able to place our drink and food orders soon after. Food came out within 10 minutes and there was enough left over to take home. I have to knock down one star because they use plastic forks.
Ate there on Saturday night and my husband ordered oyster basket-it was so overcooked he could not eat it. I asked the waitress when ordering what the market price for the whole lobster was (menu stated lobster tail was $18) and she said $8. I asked why was the whole lobster less than the lobster tail and then she said well the lobster tail was $8 because they did not have the whole lobster. So I asked what was the market price for King Crab legs and she said not once but twice $30. So I ordered the crab legs. She brought the food and we saw her again when she brought the bill. My husband told her that the oysters were overcooked and he could not even eat them. The manager came over and asked why did we wait until the end of the meal to say something and we said because that was when we saw our waitress again. He said he would take it off the bill. When she brought us the bill, it was still on there and the King crab legs were $60 not the $30 she quoted us twice. So I went to the manager and he said well you ate it so you have to pay for it. I told him that she told us it was only $30 and if I would have known it was really $60 I would not have ordered it. He asked the waitress and she said, "I believe I told you $60" and I told her no you didn't you said $30 and you also said the whole lobster was $8! I told the manager that the oyster basket was still on the bill and he said well you just got the wrong bill. I don't mind paying for something that I ate, according to the manager but at least have the staff quote you the right price from jumpstart! The manager was so rude, he said, well I already took off the oyster basket-yes! it was inedible! Will never never go here again!
There was a good amount of parking available. We were greeted and seated promptly. The staff was friendly and explained the menu, along with the specials of the day thoroughly. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. I loved the decor and music. There was also plenty of seating inside. The best part was the food! The portion sizes were larger than expected and really good. A great experience overall!
