Heart & Soul is delicious! If you are in the Fayetteville area, you MUST visit this restaurant!! The food is so delicious I absolutely enjoyed every bite! The ribs fell off the bone, the macaroni and cheese was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and the beans were made like my mama use to make them! The cornbread was light and sweet, everything was great! I’m glad they’re on Ramsey street, because if they were closer to where I live I would be there everyday! BUT I will be back probably more often than I should, and I’m bringing some people with me! ?A must visit, you won’t regret it!! Very nice customer service there too, just all around sweet people.
We went for a little bit of a late lunch. We were seated quickly and the place has a great vibe to it. It took a little while to get served and one item (cornbread) didn't make it until after I had paid...but I would absolutely do it all over again. Country fried ribs were amazing, but the star of the show was the collard greens that are the absolute best I've ever had in my life. If you're thinking about eating here you should stop thinking and go. Right now.
I placed my order at 6:30 and recieved it close to 8:30. Ordered ribs, mac n Cheese and collard greens. Received some not so appetizing ribs, a scoop of mac n Cheese and a scoop of cabbage. Although my order was wrong I didn't feel like waiting longer for them to fix it. Got to my sons home. The ribs were disgusting, the mac ok and so was the cabbage that I love drowning in hot sauce. I'm from Atlanta visiting my son who is stationed at Fort Bragg. I would never return! I trashed the whole plate minus my spicey cabbage.... You can drown un seasoned ribs in bbq sauce and place them on broil to the point where they are dry but the flavor will never catch.
First time visitor seeking soul food on a Sunday while visiting Fayetteville. Large party w/kids.... loved everything!!! Cornbread & Soul Juice are a must. Friendly & efficient staff. Will definitely return.

My girlfriend and I tried this place very nice set up with awesome music from the jukebox and televisions everywhere. I tried the oxtails smothered and the turkey wings which were huge and delicious. My friend had the beef ribs with fried Okra and macaroni and cheese. The place is a definite find. You have to try it. Ask about the Soul Juice.
Just came into Heart & Soul for the first time. The food is excellent. Absolutely 5/5. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is really chill. There are so amazing and authentic soul food items on the menu, and the smell coming from the kitchen will make your mouth water. A treasure tucked away in Fayetteville.

Had a good experience being that it’s my first time there . I ordered the half rack beef ribs ( so tender the bones pulled out with ease) with double Mac to go! Satisfied on my lunch break ??
