What can I say about this place? I’ll start with saying that it was an AWESOME experience. I took my wife and kids to this place and discovered that we have been missing out on this place! They were fast and on point. Even though my youngest looks like she wasn’t having none of it, she ENJOYED her rolled ice cream and left smiling. She low key didn’t want to leave. This place understood the assignment and offers great service and the product was so delicious that when I left, all I could say was GEE-WHIZZ!!!!! CHECK THEM OUT!
ice cream was great. this place has great potential but the staff is awful. we walked in and weren’t greeted or even looked at. when our order was done they placed it on the counter and just said excuse me to get our attention that it was ours. slammed the spoon on the counter as we got our ice cream. they seemed like they hated being there and had no personality at all. blank faces.
Have to check it out atleast 1x. Hubby and i finally stopped in.I ordered a strawberry cheesecake roll and hubby the behemothSo how they make it is kinda cool...made to order its cool to watch them make it and then roll it up in sections.Now the rating on ice cream... strawberry cheescake tasted like ... breyers strawberry ice cream scooped ... not special
I will not go back there again. Instead of making accommodations or offering a complimentary visit, whoever runs FB page gonna tell me not to use profanity or hostility… REALLY?? Take forever, ordered a mint ice cream and it wasn’t, staff don’t even greet you or say one word and will leave you just standing there waiting almost 25 minutes to make 3 small ice creams. No hat or hair net on the female employee, not a satisfied customer at all. Save your money and go to Coldstone or somewhere with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Delicious and fun!! This was very unique and tasted delicious. We got one vanilla so we could share and we wished we had gotten more!
I was excited to try this place today. Unfortunately the staff seemed less than thrilled that I was there. The service was fast but flavor left alittle to be desired. My ice cream was supposed to be pineapple and coconut but there wasn't any hint of pineapple.
They make your selection right there while you watch. It’s such a wonderful experience! There was no talking (flying expectorant) over our dessert. The ice cream is light and perfectly sweetened with fresh ingredients. Extra special for those of us who care about our health, but still enjoy indulgences.
Great people who are serious about some ice cream! Stay off your phone and watch the ice cream being made right in front of you! The strawberry cheesecake ice cream is wonderful!
We went as soon as the store opened. They were super kind and patient. Great food it's really good.
Get your boba fix and roll ice cream at the same place. Highly recommended! ?
