Burgers are sooo delicious! Fresh and hot food! I also enjoyed my cherry concrete! Wish I had a Freddy's in my city!
Okay, but not that impressive!I have always been curious about this franchise but I never committed to try it. However on this particular day I decided to give it a chance.This restaurant located on Ramsey Street is pretty easy to access. Once I arrived it was easy to find a parking spot as they were not crowded.Appearance: your restaurant appeared to be very clean the tables were clean there was no paper on the floor so that was a plus.Once I approached to order the menu board was difficult for me to read. I am a bit visually impaired so that was part of a struggle. However the associate was friendly and willing to help so that experience was not bad. She took the time to kindly answer my questions, so customer service was good.They appeared to be adequately staffed and my meal was prepared in rapid time, so that was good as well.Once I receive my food, I noticed I did not receive the fry sauce or the ketchup that was requested upon order and was clearly stated on the receipt, so I had to go back and ask for it. I didn't have any problems getting it but I had to go back and ask for it.I was excited to die then for a taste test in my Miller opted for onion rings for a 50 cent up charge versus the fries that directly come with the combo meal.The food look good and smelled great. However, the taste test was very disappointing. It was just not what I expected. There was no particular unique taste about the burger or the fries. As a matter of fact they were just playing or bland if you will. I appreciate the pickle to onion ratio, which was to my liking, but outside of that I was truly disappointed. Even the fry sauce did not help, as it was bland as well. I had a diet Pepsi, mini restaurants have problems with fountain drinks and this was more of the same, it was just carbonated, no flavor.I will not be eager to return, as I started this post it was okay but not impressive, but if you haven't tried it, check it out and judge for yourself.
Lunch and the Manager was so kind their system was down. She made my food still while I went and got cash because that was all they could take! Great customer care!

Food is made to order and cooked with a different style of beef. All burgers are doubles, but are thin. The ice cream/custard is delicious. A little pricey but worth it. My favorite sauce was the jalapeno fry sauce. Wasn't spicy but had a good flavor. Would definitely go back and recommend this fast food burger place.
It is 430 on 6 March, came in line for a single chocolate cone and some PUP cups, asked at the window if the PUP cups were custard they said yes, when we got to the window they handed us whip cream I very politely asked the lady hey we are shut the window if it was custard and she legitimately told me we’re too busy right now to do that it’s too much of a hassle, there was literally one car behind me in line and I offered to pay just for a single cup of custard and two extra cups to split it between my dogs myself. I had to go through another whole Nother person, who handed me a cup that literally had barely any custard and it’s not even a single Lick and finally a manager had to come to the window. Where I proceeded to pay for the cover custard that was too much of a hassle for the other girl to make. The customer service here was absolutely trash I would never return here and I would never recommend anyone to go to this location you guys need some serious management review here a whole new team. DO NOT get the Single Steakburger from the so-called "Savory Sandwich" menu!!!We ordered two Singles and the patties were sooo thin and UNSAVORY that we couldn't taste them. Although the patties were seared very well like steakburgers are normally served, they were so ultrathin that there just wasn't enough meat there to overcome the mustard, onion, pickle and cheese.We really had high hopes for this place. We used to love Steak 'n Shake when we lived in the Midwest.If you want to taste at least some meat the Double would be an obvious better choice, especially if the patties come properly seasoned with a bit of savory uh ... ummm what's that stuff called again? ... oh yeah ... salt. C'mon man.This was our first time to Freddy's and we were surely overcharged at $12 for two ultrathin Singles ... not Combos.And no napkins in the bag? What?
I used the drive thru to order. The staff person was very nice. She took my order and I picked it up. She read the order back to me and it was correct. The steak burgers were not correct. They contained both lettuce and onions and we had asked them to be removed. We had to pick them off and you can't get rid of the taste of onions once they're on your burger. Other than that the food was good and the milkshake was great. I thought the price was to high for what we got but the food was good and the staff person was good so I'm still giving four stars.
The Steakburgers are delicious! I even have with triple patties once and it was outstanding! Also, I just had some today for lunch. Man, oh man was the food that great. Hope I can go again for lunch someday. ?????
Surprisingly great burgers. They are very thin and very large around. First time I had ate here and it was good. Taste is spot on for hamburgers. Fries were hot. Got a Turtle Sunday. A+. I'm sure I will return.
