The ladies catered my daughter's High School Graduation party, andy guest raved about the wings and lasagna. The whole process was amazing from picking the menu to the set up. Everything was on time and exactly what was requested . They are super friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to use them for our next family gathering.
So good and man it felt like a soul food experience. From the food to the greeting to the atmosphere it's everything I love about soul food. I got the Sunday special and the pot roast was so tender that it fell apart trying to pick it up. The Mac and cheese was creamy and the potato salad...I don't even know what to say there...never had mashed potatoes for a potato salad but it was perfect. If I'm ever back in town I will for sure be back.
All I can say is YES… don’t walk, run to this place. I been I Fayetteville for four years from Georgia and gave up on good soul food and just found this place. It’s so good. My husband got the chicken Philly and smashed it. I got the lemon pepper wings cooked to a crispy perfection. Everything was perfectly salted. I’ll be back Sunday to try the greens. Great and friendly customer service too.
Lord have mercy. My husband stopped here and let me tell you. The fried chicken gizzards, Mac and cheese, cabbage and a sweet tea!!!! First off that plate was delicious, everything was seasoned to perfection, the gizzards was fried perfect not one gooey part. The Mac and cheese was nice and cheesy! The cabbage well seasoned and just delicious. My husband had the steak and cheese sub with fries! Perfection!!!! We sat in our driveway and ate so we wouldn't have to share. This place is amazing. Polite, and great customer service.
Went here yesterday for the first time and the owner and her daughter are the best!!! Food was delicious that roast with the rice and gravy ❤️ Mac& Cheese was so tasty lord all of it was good tasted like my grandma’s cooking definitely will be back☺️
Searched for "Best Chitterlings in Fayetteville" and this place came up.Knowing chitterlings are hard to come by, I also searched "Best Soulfood Near Me" as a back up. This place came up again.So, I ordered the Angus Pot Roast Meal, and Red Snapper Meal & All the sides she'd made that day. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!!!! Soulfood is meant to be seasoned well and take you to a place of comfort. And this food gives EVERYTHING soulfood is supposed to give! The owner is the epitome of Joy! She was welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. Old Motown was pumping from the surround sound, and I'm from Detroit so that was an even bigger plus! I can't wait to travel in this direction again, I'll be dropping by Fayetteville for some more.*Unfortunately no chitterlings that day. No pork that day.
I teared up a little bit after taking the first bite of my food, it was so good. I've never had lemon pepper wings that actually taste like lemon pepper and I always feel like I gotta add salt to food I order but everything here was perfect, nothing extra needed. And the sweet tea made me see God it was the best sweet tea. The owner and the lady who took my order were both really nice too.
BIG BUSSIN !!!? I was craving some good soul food from da min ii woke up.. NEEDED IT like a Sunday service after a night a hoeing! I knew after ii took a look at the servers name n realized it was same name as my mom who passed away last year. (Brenda ) ii immediately felt like it was my momma sayin yeaaa dis spot bouta be good, Thank me later ! And omg was it!! One sip of the mystery punch n ii was like ayyyee ?? Baked lasagna was sooo good and meaty!! Baked mac&cheese and cabbage soo good and moist! Perfect seasoning ! Couldn’t ask for a better meal at a better time.
