I placed my order online and just had to pick it up. The food was completely wrong. Our burgers were missing everything except cheese. I went back the next day and our order was redone for free. But due to lack of management the lady said the night shift always mess up people order.
For it to be high price good quality extremely busy good tasting fast food, it should be stock on the OREO CREME shake like damn. That's your money maker your number one seller and you cant keep that in the store stock shame
Love their burgers and awesome Cajun fries. Most of all, ont of the cooks, around fella that's all tattooed up, is awesome. Make sure you go give him some love
Great burger and the fries my goodness! It is so good, and I am ok with the wait cause they are cooking it to order, and I like that. The only con was the restaurant could have been a little cleaner, but I still loved it. I would have eaten my fries off the floor, lol.
Why to expensive. And for what I paid they should have gave me a discount. Here is why. They didn't have any cheese and didn't have any whipped cream still paid full price me and my old lady it cost $42 the burger is the same kind of burger they use at the cookout and everybody knows how much a burger cost at the cookout I do not see how this business is still in business way overpriced should have cost not even $20 for what slop they gave us
I’ve been to this location about 3 times because each time seems to get worse. It takes 30-40 minutes to get your order for 2 cheeseburgers and one fry. Not even when it’s busy. I’ve been to other locations in Raleigh and Charlotte and never had a problem at those locations. The ones in Raleigh and Charlotte were always decently fast for how busy they actually were and listened to your order appropriately.The location in Fayetteville does not remember to make your milkshakes, each time I’ve had to ask. And when you get an order of fries it’s smaller than what you’re supposed to get at Five Guys locations. I ordered a regular fry and the cup was a small, barely full, and this location does not fill your bag with fries. Only the cup. It’s horrible that this is the only location in Fayetteville because usually Five Guys is a great place to get food. However, I would go elsewhere now after the three times I’ve been to this one at the Freedom Town Center in Fayetteville. They rob you at this location.
I used to love Five Guys. This location makes me hate it. Unfortunately, it's the only one within reasonable driving distance of Fayetteville. I ordered a simple little cheeseburger with Cajun fries and a drink. Simple right? I came in when there was only one other person in front of me.The drink machine had coke and thats it. I was looking forward to some root beer. Whatever. I ended up waiting 35 min after getting my drink for my order. A couple came in 10 min after me and also got Cajun fries. They got their food before me. Once I got my food I left and upon arriving at home found out that my large fry was actually small. Just not worth the mediocre food, the wait, or poorly stocked drinks.
I love five guys, but this one is the slowest I've ever been to, and the door dash people that come in, basically push you aside and demand their food first. I truly would love to see this place get faster service and actually be polite to their customers.
Only my second time ever at a Five Guys. Here are my thoughts: Great little bacon cheeseburger. My fries were very soggy though which I hate but I don't know. Half their sodas in the coke machine were unavailable but I don't know if that's their fault. However, my husband LOVES it here and the kids seemed to enjoy the fries. I think it's super expensive here though. It cost us $35 for 2 drinks, one regular bacon cheeseburger, one little bacon cheeseburger, and large fry.
I looked forward to Five Guys for dinner all day and this is the burger I received. It did not come close to even covering the bun. Usually love Five Guys, but tonight you have disappointed me greatly. It was cold and had the wrong toppings to add to my disappointment. Big miss this time!
