Ordered from here today and they were absolutely the BEST subs I've ever eaten from any Firehouse Subs Restaurant.

They get my sub right every time, my fiance and I never ever, ever have a problem. Not to say, that that sums up everything.. but they are a great Firehouse Sub and we always enjoy their comradery.. keep up the good work guys!
I just ate firehouse subs for the first time and goodness it was amazing. I told the lady at counter it was my first time if she had any suggestions she was polite and patient I got the Jamaican jerk turkey. I could eat that sandwich everyday if it wouldn't mess up my diet 5 stars keep it up
No long lines. Prices were decent.

Ordered online after working 14 hrs. I of course thought my order would be ready. It was and was completely Wrong!!!! Their excuse is they are training someone one. So they fixed another. They didn't even call my name or do anything to let me know the sub was ready! I saw a sub just sitting there and it had my name so I asked if this was mine and if I needed to do anything. I was told no. Guess what got home. The sub is still Wrong!!! This was almost $12.00 Please read the other reviews about customers service. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE!!!!
