My wife had ordered a salad and found a black hair in it..They ended making her a sandwich and while eating it, she found another black hair...We spoke with the Manager/Owner who had the nerve to ask if we were sure it was a hair..I promise it definitely was..When asked about where the sandwich had gone they seemed to defer the question and was not willing to pull the sandwich back out so we could show them..Oh yeah they did refund us $7.00 back..won't be earing there ever again..make sure you check those sandwiches..No one wearing hair nets by the way..
So I’m pretty disappointed in this place it was my first time going and I got a gluten-free turkey bacon ranch sub and asked to have it without the ranch. Once I got it and opened it to eat it was just a disappointment for the price I paid. The gluten-free rolls they use are the ones you can find at Walmart they’re nothing special they’re super small and my sub by itself cost me $12 + $3.xx to make it a meal. It was way too much money for a sandwich I was expecting something better and I was also disappointed with the ingredients I got one piece of bacon and a ton of ranch was put all over it it was very sloppy and soggy when I went to eat it. And since it was only me and one other person ordering it was not busy and there should be no excuse for the way it was presented.The kids meals are decently priced for what they get (which is why I gave 2 star) but for one kids meal and my meal it cost me $22. So unfortunately I will probably not be back Jersey Mike’s has them beat as far as the gluten-free bread option.
Had the roast turkey and it was not good. The bread is way too thick.
First time trying firehouse subs and MAN! My sub was soooo good. The bread was soft, the meat was fresh and plentiful..everything about it was good. I'm craving another one right now. I placed my order online for a jerk turkey sub and some subs for the family. I am even more pleased because alot of times when you order online from places they don't put in the effort to make sure your food is fixed to perfection because they know you're not going to see them make it, nor be there to complain while you eat..I think it says alot about a restaurant when everything is fresh and plentiful as an online order especially.
Ordered online, called the store to make sure my order was correct and the phone was answered by someone who was laughing. She said “Hello” as if I had called her personal cell and was disturbing her and I heard laughing in the background like her coworkers thought it was funny. Was very rude and rushed me off the phone.
This was my first experience at firehouse subs...absolutely great staff and professional, will be coming back for sure.
I ordered Italian per usual. I love Firehouse this was hubby's second try...Hubby got the new cuban. He loves flavor and declared this to he super tasty! We were asked if we want chips and drink so sure we would love that and we actually chose other sides than chips. Mine was incredible- potato. Hubby had Mac n cheese instead of chips. The Mac n cheese reminded me of the Vermont white cheddar style that I wouldn't choose, but hubby like that too. ? Winner. Will be back. Was too busy eating and spending time w hubby to take pics*Staff incredible!! Teamwork unlike I have seen in years! Prompt, professional and friendly. The staff were also cleaning and rolling up the mats (actually working vs other places)

They charged us for a sandwich, full price. They had no vegetables to put on it, so it was ONLY MEAT AND CHEESE. If I was there I would not have paid a cent, but my daughter's went in. Needless to say I'm not happy about this.
