Guys are more worried about their conversation than giving customers good service.
This place makes bangin subs. Club on a sub is my fav and you gotta try the brownies. Super friendly.
Today I am a passenger in a vehicle with a couple of ravenous individuals who also were going to pick up goodies for loved ones at home. I have had food from here in the past. It did not create any medical maladies or soul searching moments. That is my nice way of saying it was good. Just was not hungry today. The people I went with must have really enjoyed their selection because not a single person offered me a bite, morsel, or tiny taste. Just incredible!! Today's lesson? Buy your own or learn how to whimper while others consume.?
I never thought I'd write a bad review about a firehouse cause I've never had a bad experience ordered a grilled chicken sub barely got any meat on my sandwich. Nor did I get any Mayo or mustard on it. Had more lettuce than I did meat.
The nasty manager refused to wear a mask regardless of the fact we are in a global pandemic. Ew. When I mentioned the sign in the door mandating masks for customers he said “it’s an old sign” LMAO.And for everyone wondering yes, yes he is.

Firehouse is hands down my favorite sub place. The staff at this location always greets you and makes you feel welcome (even when they are slammed during lunch rush). I've never had any issues with my orders. Great place!
Food was horrible, very disappointed. Wasn't just me bought food for three of us and no one was impressed. Had Firehouse subs in TN. it was great- will never eat here again.
Staff and manager were really helpful for my needs. Wonderful food.
