I stopped by this location soon as I got to town. I was in need for a Cold Brew coffee...And the young lady that took my order was GREAT...PLUS when I got to the window, I was greeted by twins. Customer Service is everything to me. So PAYTON is the best, and my COFFEE was great also... I'm from Fayetteville but I no longer live here. But when I come back to visit my parents I will DEFINITELY COME TO THIS LOCATION ?!!!!
Ordered a Cappy Blast... it is advertised with whipped topping and caramel. When they gave it to me, it was missing the toppings. Obviously I asked and he said I would of had to requested it... and then acted like it was an extremely difficult ask. He did add the topping, but the 3 ladies working had disgusting looks on their faces when they saw the other worker adding the topping on for me. It's just not good business.
The staff here has really bad attitudes like they don’t want to be at work. I would recommend skipping this store if you want to have a good experience where you spend your money. Also, I ordered Medium drinks and not a single one of them were filled to the top. My cappuccino was only half full.
This is the absolute worst place ever. They never have anything stock. Why advertise an item and never have it available? I went to the drive thru Sunday and ordered one scoop Oreo on a fancy cone. The lady says, “don’t have Oreo and no fancy cones” ok.. well can I get one scoop of mint chocolate. She says, “we don’t have that either.” They don’t have the flavors on the board outside. So I asked for a refresher, they didn’t have them. I pulled off and had to drive to another business to eat ice cream. It’s not the little teenagers that bother me, it’s the poor leadership. Not to mention a girl was bagging up dirty trash another day and proceeded to get my food with the same nasty trash can she touched with no gloves on. Then had to audacity to have an attitude when I said something. I will never buy her again. Close the entire store down asap!! Or fire your leadership
Be here three times now and you never know what you are getting after you order. Please dont give me what you want especially if I am paying for it! Third time now what I asked is not what I received. I just wanted an ice coffee with cream and sugar with no Mocha.Yet now after drinking it it is not bad so you get another star but please give people what they ask for especially if you have someone repeat their order.
There was quite a long wait in the drive thru despite ordering ahead. But the staff was very pleasant and the items were delicious. They tend to be short-staffed quite a bit. The company should offer their employees more so people want to work there and stay. Otherwise, the good ones that do stay get slammed, angry customers, and lower stars.
Customer service is terrible. Man sweeping behind the counter saw but didn’t greet us. Someone had to tell him to take care of me and my daughter. Just stared at me until I said something. Asked for two donuts and he left his dirty glove from sweeping to grab donuts. Gross. I had to ask him to change his glove. Managers need to do better training.
Have been here multiple times. All drive threw visits. Have never been here during busy hours. Today pulled up with 2 cars in front of me. Waited a little longer than 15 minutes to get to the window, and then sat waiting for another several minutes watching the 3+ staff member all talk and laugh with eachother while my simple order was sitting on the table the whole time next to the young woman in the window. (I couldn't see or I would've said something) Not pleased with the staff at all this visit.
So tired of coming down here and seeing that the lobby is closed, with zero explanation other than a sign on the door stating that they’re sorry it’s closed. Can someone from management explain this? Some people want to sit down and enjoy your products instead of being in their cars all the time.
I got a gift certificate thru Fetch Rewards, which took me a couple months of scanning receipts to earn. So I redeem my points, collect my code & with the excitement of a kid at Christmas I catch a bus & head to Dunkin. I was initially put off by the employees attitudes, it was as if they were inconvenienced by my presence. I ignored the bad attitudes because I was so excited to be getting doughnuts. The selection was disappointingly limited, & even though hardly any of the kinds I was looking forward to were there, I decided to make the best of a bad situation& choose my dozen from the pitiful (I hate to use the term) variety available. I'll end this with the last bit of disappointment provided to me by Dunkin that day. I get home, fixed my cold glass of milk, grabbed a doughnut & rather than biting into a soft delicious doughnut I found myself with a mouth full of rough, dry, stale doughnut. & It wasn't just the one, the whole box, all 12 of them were stale. I called the store only to be told (rudely) that I had taken them home, I should have said something before leaving the store, so I was stuck with them... Something I had looked forward to for months turned into an insulting, aggravating, belittling, experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
