I just declare myself a big dunkin' fan. This location is so good. Customer service is an 10/10. Food and drinks are always fresh and delicious, you guys need to know that you're our saviors every time we need some caffeine to continue with our job. Thank you! And happy iced coffee day ? ☕
Very disappointed the last several times as my frozen coffee order has not been correct. It's frustrating. Every now and then I'll go back to see if anyone can read and make my frozen coffee correctly but sadly, not yet. Not at the Skibo Rd location anyway.
Coming from the New England Area (CT) Dunkin is our got-two coffee shop. However, even though I love Dunkin, this location for dime reason always mistake the turkey sausage for regular sausage. However, I love the joint, because that's all I have near me!
If you haven't tried their toast with hummus and tomatoes you are missing out! Their coffee is one of the best around!
The manager “Lakwan” is the most rude person I have ever came into contact with. She yells at employees with no regard who is in the store. She could care less along with whomever is above her. I have contacted customer service who has yet to contact me about my complaint. No wonder LaKwans customer services skills suck because upper management could care less also. DD must be hard up for employees to tolerate her treatment- will not support this company ever again!!
Went to go into the store today at 7pm and the doors were locked. I bang on the doors and the ladies motioned for us to use the drive thru. I ask them why and they said because they close soon. Two hours before closing. I wonder what they were doing to have locked the doors so early.
Probably the best Caramel machiato I've had since I moved back a year ago. The ladies were super nice too.
Went thru the drive thru - staff was rude, ignorant, distracted - Maybe all of the above - and after being insulted by 2 associates, the manager wouldn't do anything to make my visit better. Not a drink replacement (mine was soo wrong) nor a refund. Never going again - and it wasn't even a rush time.
Literally just witnessed the manager of this Dunkin’ Donuts call one of her employees, who was just trying to make things easier for her, stupid. The poor girl was just doing her job and doing what the customer asked. I don’t understand how we give people like this leadership positions. This manager needs to learn how to speak and teach instead of belittling.
Solid DD. Drinks taste fresh and the donuts are swapped out consistently so I’ve never had a bad donut here. The staff, who can be understandably frazzled, are really nice and they do try to execute a good service. A solid place for coffee and donuts on the way to work or grab caffeine for your mid day lull.
